Le retour dans le giron li\u00e9geois a \u00e9t\u00e9 forc\u00e9ment bien accueilli. Mais le foss\u00e9 entre la direction et ses diff\u00e9rents interlocuteurs, \u00e0 commencer par les 130 collaborateurs directs du club, est plus grand encore que ce que Bruno Venanzi ne pouvait l\u2019imaginer. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous devons absolument mettre la priorit\u00e9 sur la gestion de nos effectifs, gestion que l\u2019on pouvait franchement assimiler \u00e0 un d\u00e9sert jusqu\u2019il y a peu. Cela m\u2019a surpris voire choqu\u00e9 de constater par exemple \u00e0 quel point il y avait un d\u00e9ficit sur le plan de la communication interne. Il y a des p\u00e9riodes pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes o\u00f9 une \u00e9quipe de gestion assurait le lien au quotidien mais au cours de ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, la communication et les bases d\u2019une bonne gestion humaine ont \u00e9t\u00e9 abandonn\u00e9es. Il faut reconstruire.\u00bb\u00a0<\/em>Avec 50 personnes en charge des aspects administratif et logistique et un total d\u2019environ 80 personnes impliqu\u00e9es dans la gestion sportive, le Pr\u00e9sident est cependant accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019une \u00e9quipe ultra-motiv\u00e9e\u00a0: <em>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019envie de bien faire est \u00e9norme. On peut dire que tout est \u00e0 construire sur le plan du management, mais le mat\u00e9riel de base est fantastique. La sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 sans doute concerne le domaine sportif.
