Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 (47%) craignent que l\u2019IA ne profite davantage \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise qu\u2019\u00e0 eux-m\u00eames. C\u2019est ce qui ressort de l\u2019\u00e9tude annuelle Workmonitor de Randstad, une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e dans 35 pays aupr\u00e8s de plus de 27.000 employ\u00e9s et 1.225 employeurs, compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par l\u2019analyse de plus de 3 millions d\u2019offres d\u2019emploi dans le monde.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En 2025, la demande comp\u00e9tences d\u2019 \u00ab\u00a0Agent IA\u00a0\u00bb dans les offres d\u2019emploi \u00e0 travers le monde a augment\u00e9 de 1.587%, celle en \u00ab\u00a0Formateurs IA\u00a0\u00bb de 247%. Des chiffres qui confirment un avenir dans lequel les humains formeront les machines. L\u2019ing\u00e9nierie du prompt prend elle aussi une dimension universelle : la demande de cette aptitude en tant que comp\u00e9tence cl\u00e9,dans toutes fonctions confondues, a explos\u00e9 de 403%. L\u2019impact de l\u2019IA indique en outre un enrichissement des t\u00e2ches \u2013 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une efficacit\u00e9 nouvelle au sein d\u2019une fonction \u2013 plut\u00f4t que la disparition d\u2019emplois. Les salari\u00e9s r\u00e9agissent d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 cette \u00e9volution : 65% reconnaissent la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de se recycler et 52% recherchent en toute ind\u00e9pendance des possibilit\u00e9s de p\u00e9renniser leurs comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Des carri\u00e8res lin\u00e9aires aux carri\u00e8res portefeuilles<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Dans le m\u00eame temps, cette situation am\u00e8ne les travailleurs \u00e0 revoir leur mani\u00e8re de concevoir une carri\u00e8re r\u00e9ussie ; certains rejettent l\u2019\u00e9chelle de carri\u00e8re traditionnelle. Ils s\u2019adaptent et r\u00e9partissent leurs risques en se forgeant des \u00ab\u00a0carri\u00e8res portefeuilles\u00a0\u00bb ou en renon\u00e7ant purement et simplement aux promotions. En atteste le fait que seuls 41% des employ\u00e9s souhaitent encore suivre un parcours traditionnel. Les employeurs partagent cette vision : 72% estiment que l\u2019\u00e9chelle de carri\u00e8re lin\u00e9aire est d\u00e9pass\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>La mani\u00e8re dont nous travaillons \u00e9volue \u00e9galement : 40% des r\u00e9pondants ont accept\u00e9 un deuxi\u00e8me emploi et 36% ont l\u2019intention d\u2019augmenter leurs heures en raison de la hausse du co\u00fbt de la vie. Par ailleurs, 38% souhaitent exercer plusieurs types d\u2019emploi au cours de leur carri\u00e8re. Les priorit\u00e9s \u00e9voluent \u00e9galement : bien que le salaire reste le principal crit\u00e8re de choix d\u2019un emploi pour 81% des employ\u00e9s, c\u2019est l\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e qui les motive \u00e0 rester. Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 (46%) d\u00e9signent l\u2019\u00e9quilibre travail-vie priv\u00e9e comme \u00e9tant le principal facteur de r\u00e9tention, un quart seulement (23%) pointent le salaire.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Les managers, cl\u00e9s de la stabilit\u00e9.<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La confiance envers la direction est pass\u00e9e de 77% \u00e0 72%, et m\u00eame \u00e0 67% chez les plus jeunes salari\u00e9s. En parall\u00e8le, les employ\u00e9s se tournent vers les personnes qui leur sont les plus proches : 60% s\u2019adressent \u00e0 leur manager pour \u00eatre rassur\u00e9s face \u00e0 l\u2019incertitude externe. La relation entre managers et employ\u00e9s s\u2019est renforc\u00e9e ; 72% d\u00e9clarent entretenir un lien solide avec leur manager, contre 64% en 2024.<\/p>\n<p>La collaboration interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelle constitue \u00e9galement l\u2019un des atouts les plus pr\u00e9cieux de la population active, soulignant ainsi l\u2019importance des relations humaines dans un environnement de travail influenc\u00e9 par l\u2019IA. Trois quarts (78%) des travailleurs d\u00e9clarent acqu\u00e9rir des comp\u00e9tences douces gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leurs coll\u00e8gues plus \u00e2g\u00e9s, tandis que 72% disent assimiler des comp\u00e9tences en technologie et en IA aupr\u00e8s de la G\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z et des Mill\u00e9niaux.<\/p>\n<p>Sander van &lsquo;t Noordende, CEO de Randstad, conclut : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les march\u00e9s du travail sont soumis \u00e0 une pression \u00e9norme et la r\u00e9ussite est entre les mains de ceux qui s\u2019adaptent. L\u2019IA doit \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un moyen d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les t\u00e2ches et de souligner l\u2019importance des fonctions que seuls les humains peuvent remplir. Les objectifs de carri\u00e8re traditionnels changent ; les talents comme les organisations consid\u00e8rent la notion de succ\u00e8s avec plus de souplesse. Cependant, les relations humaines restent au c\u0153ur de la donne ; les managers jouent un r\u00f4le toujours plus important dans le maintien de la stabilit\u00e9.
