L\u2019utilisation de l\u2019IA reste plus limit\u00e9e lors de la phase de s\u00e9lection, o\u00f9 l\u2019IA est utilis\u00e9e pour l\u2019analyse automatis\u00e9e des CV ou l\u2019\u00e9valuation des candidat\u00b7e\u00b7s.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Les biais de genre : un risque encore trop peu identifi\u00e9<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Bien que l&rsquo;IA soit souvent consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme plus objective, l&rsquo;\u00e9tude montre que les recruteur\u00b7euse\u00b7s sont conscient\u00b7e\u00b7s de certains biais inh\u00e9rents aux syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;IA. Il s\u2019agit notamment des biais li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation des r\u00e9seaux sociaux, qui tendent \u00e0 favoriser certains profils de candidat\u00b7e\u00b7s tout en en excluant d\u2019autres. En revanche, le risque de biais de genre et de discrimination est rarement mentionn\u00e9 spontan\u00e9ment et seule une minorit\u00e9 des recruteur\u00b7euse\u00b7s d\u00e9clare prendre des mesures actives pour y rem\u00e9dier.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;\u00e9tude confirme un paradoxe : si l&rsquo;IA peut contribuer \u00e0 standardiser les processus de recrutement et \u00e0 r\u00e9duire l\u2019impact de la subjectivit\u00e9 des recruteur\u00b7euse\u00b7s, rendant ainsi les proc\u00e9dures plus objectives, elle n&rsquo;offre toutefois aucune garantie de neutralit\u00e9. Sans vigilance, l&rsquo;IA peut reproduire des st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes et g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des discriminations, avec le risque de renforcer les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s existantes. Certain\u00b7e\u00b7s recruteur\u00b7euse\u00b7s en sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 conscient\u00b7e\u00b7s, mais cette prise de conscience doit devenir g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, tant au niveau politique et organisationnel qu&rsquo;individuel\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> souligne Michel Pasteel, directeur de l\u2019Institut pour l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des femmes et des hommes.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Des attentes positives, mais aussi des inqui\u00e9tudes<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La majorit\u00e9 des recruteur\u00b7euse\u00b7s (64 %) ont une perception positive de l\u2019IA, principalement en raison des gains de temps et d\u2019efficacit\u00e9. Toutefois, des inqui\u00e9tudes existent, notamment concernant le contact humain, la fiabilit\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats et le risque de reproduction des pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s existants.<br \/>\nPar ailleurs, seules 21 % des organisations ont pris des mesures en lien avec la l\u00e9gislation sur l\u2019IA. Pourtant, le r\u00e8glement europ\u00e9en sur l&rsquo;IA (AI Act) a class\u00e9 les syst\u00e8mes utilis\u00e9s dans les processus de recrutement comme \u00ab haut risque \u00bb, avec des exigences sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 impl\u00e9menter.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Recommandations pour une utilisation responsable<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00c0 la suite de cette \u00e9tude, l&rsquo;Institut a formul\u00e9 un certain nombre de recommandations :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>renforcer l\u2019encadrement juridique, en pr\u00e9servant les dispositions originales du r\u00e8glement europ\u00e9en sur l\u2019IA (AI Act) et en analysant l\u2019ad\u00e9quation du cadre l\u00e9gal belge sur l\u2019anti-discrimination dans le contexte du recrutement et du travail \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e8re de l\u2019IA ;<\/li>\n<li>accroitre les connaissances par des actions d\u2019information et de formation \u00e0 destination des d\u00e9veloppeurs, des employeurs et des professionnel\u00b7le\u00b7s du recrutement.
