Parce que la nature conflictuelle du monde actuel et ses \u00e9volutions r\u00e9centes soutiennent l\u2019expression sans retenue des pulsions primaires, \u00e0 chaque instant et chaque endroit. La brutalit\u00e9 s\u2019invite dans la plupart de nos relations. En bref, l\u2019agressivit\u00e9 ambiante et le d\u00e9nigrement syst\u00e9matique deviennent la norme des comportements en soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et donc au travail \u00e9galement !<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour y r\u00e9pondre et puisqu\u2019il n\u2019est pas envisageable de \u2018laisser faire\u2019, il nous faut une double dose de vigilance et de positivisme. Prenons quelques instants pour nous arr\u00eater sur trois exemples quotidiens de ce que nous appelons des comportements m\u00e9diocres tels que nous les voyons dans le fonctionnement \u00e0 priori paisible et polic\u00e9 de nos entreprises.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>L\u2019absent\u00e9isme de d\u00e9fi<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Voici l\u2019arme pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e des collaborateurs m\u00e9contents et le raisonnement qui sous-tend leur disparition soudaine\u2026 \u2018Puisque l\u2019employeur ne veut pas r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ma demande de flexibilit\u00e9, de valorisation, d\u2019am\u00e9nagement de mon job, et bien je vais lui d\u00e9montrer que c\u2019est indispensable et exprimer mon insatisfaction par des absences, fr\u00e9quentes et\/ou prolong\u00e9es. T\u00f4t ou tard, il va comprendre et n\u2019aura pas d\u2019autre choix que de rencontrer mes exigences\u2026\u2019 Le principe est simple. Et fond\u00e9 sur l\u2019hypocrisie et le chantage. Dans la plupart des cas, nous entrons dans un cercle infernal o\u00f9 la communication devient impossible. Rares sont en effet les employeurs et managers qui prennent l\u2019initiative en vue de garder le lien avec un travailleur \u00e9loign\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise. Quant \u00e0 ce dernier, qui estime avoir donn\u00e9 un message clair quant aux besoins \u00e0 adresser, il ne mesure pas toujours l\u2019impact destructeur de la d\u00e9marche sur une relation de confiance qui doit \u00eatre nourrie jour apr\u00e8s jour pour subsister.<br \/>\nCe n\u2019est d\u00e9finitivement pas la bonne m\u00e9thode.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>La b\u00eatise crasse port\u00e9e au rang de discipline olympique.<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Lorsque nous rencontrons un dirigeant ou un responsable RH qui avance sans rire qu\u2019il faut se rendre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9vidence et \u2018qu\u2019il est impossible de n\u2019avoir que des stars et de solides coll\u00e8gues dans nos effectifs\u2019, c\u2019est le signal du premier renoncement que nous entendons. Il peut arriver que le recruteur n\u2019ait d\u2019autre choix que de mettre le grapin sur de nouveaux travailleurs qui ne brillent pas par leur vivacit\u00e9\u2026<br \/>\nMais le minimum attendu, c\u2019est de venir chaque matin avec une disponibilit\u00e9 et une ouverture maximale ainsi qu\u2019id\u00e9alement une jolie petite envie d\u2019apprendre afin de rentrer le soir \u00e0 la casa en \u00e9tant moins ignorant voire plus malin. D\u00e8s lors, face \u00e0 celles et ceux qui portent la paresse et la b\u00eatise comme des \u00e9tendards, il arrive que le management se sente d\u00e9sempar\u00e9\u2026 Rester cool face \u00e0 un regard bovin est un d\u00e9fi. Un de plus ! C\u2019est un test de patience que l\u2019on peut esp\u00e9rer voir r\u00e9compens\u00e9e le jour o\u00f9 la lumi\u00e8re s\u2019allume dans certains cerveaux que l\u2019on croyait \u00e9teints.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>La dissimulation \u00e0 tout prix<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Viennent enfin nos escrocs pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s, ceux que nous aimons traquer sans rel\u00e2che\u2026 Peu nombreux mais tellement nocifs. Il y a aussi dans nos organisations quelques esprits tordus, pass\u00e9s ma\u00eetres dans l\u2019art de g\u00e9rer l\u2019information au gr\u00e9 de leur int\u00e9r\u00eat particulier. Peut-on encore, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e8re de la transparence totale \u2013 qu\u2019elle soit volontaire ou pas \u2013 jouer \u00e0 cache-cache avec les donn\u00e9es qui permettent de piloter nos entreprises. Avec des motivations diverses (protection des positions, vengeance, conflits latents\u2026), certain.e.s d\u00e9veloppent des techniques de dissimulation dignes des meilleures films d\u2019espionnage. C\u2019est une fuite en avant, un comportement limite suicidaire\u2026 Et il faut un esprit manipulateur bien aff\u00fbt\u00e9 pour r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 tenir dans la dur\u00e9e\u2026 mais celui-ci ne r\u00e9siste jamais \u00e0 la confrontation ouverte ni \u00e0 la d\u00e9marche collective.<\/p>\n<p>Ces comportements, dits m\u00e9diocres pour les besoins de notre exercice \u00e9ditorial hebdomadaire, existent. Qui peut le nier ? Comprenons-les : ils sont pour la plupart des cons\u00e9quences de nos modes de fonctionnement qui placent souvent l\u2019individu au sommet de la pyramide. Il\/elle ne peut s\u2019y trouver seul.e.<br \/>\nDans nos entreprises, nous ne pouvons r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des comportements contre-productifs par la l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 et l\u2019enthousiasme na\u00eff. Ce sont des tests continus vis-\u00e0-vis de la patience et de l\u2019empathie dont il faut faire preuve dans l\u2019aventure humaine qui consiste \u00e0 travailler ensemble.
