C\u2019est ce qu\u2019affirment pr\u00e8s de deux tiers des professionnels de l\u2019IT en Belgique (62%). Selon eux, l\u2019impact de ces exp\u00e9riences n\u00e9gatives est consid\u00e9rable. Ainsi, trois quarts des r\u00e9pondants (75%) estiment que les collaborateurs sont plus productifs lorsque leurs outils num\u00e9riques sont fiables et intuitifs. En outre, 73% constatent qu\u2019une gestion IT fluide et int\u00e9gr\u00e9e contribue au succ\u00e8s des collaborateurs.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ces r\u00e9sultats ressortent d\u2019une \u00e9tude europ\u00e9enne men\u00e9e par TOPdesk aupr\u00e8s de 6.000 responsables et professionnels de l\u2019IT, dont 1.000 en Belgique. Pourtant, la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 reste en de\u00e7\u00e0 de ces constats : 42% des organisations sont confront\u00e9es chaque semaine \u00e0 des incidents informatiques, et pour 10% d\u2019entre elles, cela se produit m\u00eame quotidiennement. Il s\u2019agit notamment de connexions Internet lentes et de probl\u00e8mes de connexion.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>L\u2019exp\u00e9rience num\u00e9rique des collaborateurs<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les organisations sont clairement conscientes de ce d\u00e9fi. Pr\u00e8s de neuf professionnels de l\u2019IT sur dix (89%) indiquent investir de mani\u00e8re (relativement) importante dans l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience num\u00e9rique au sein de leur organisation. L\u2019accent est mis principalement sur les outils de collaboration bas\u00e9s sur le cloud, tels que Microsoft Teams ou Google Workspace (37%).<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, les \u00e9quipes IT investissent \u00e9galement dans des solutions de support bas\u00e9es sur l\u2019intelligence artificielle, comme des chatbots capables de r\u00e9pondre aux questions des collaborateurs (36%), des portails en libre-service (33%), des intranets et syst\u00e8mes de gestion des connaissances am\u00e9lior\u00e9s (30%), ainsi que des plateformes de formation et de d\u00e9veloppement (28%). Toutes ces initiatives visent \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l\u2019exp\u00e9rience num\u00e9rique des collaborateurs.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Briser les silos<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Toutefois, la technologie seule ne suffit pas. Un facteur cl\u00e9 reste souvent sous-estim\u00e9 : la collaboration entre les d\u00e9partements. Pas moins de 79% des professionnels de l\u2019IT estiment que les incidents informatiques pourraient \u00eatre r\u00e9solus plus rapidement si les d\u00e9partements collaboraient mieux entre eux. Les \u00e9quipes IT constatent notamment un foss\u00e9 entre leur d\u00e9partement et la direction de l\u2019organisation. Un professionnel de l\u2019IT sur cinq (20%) indique que la collaboration avec la direction est difficile. Cette situation s\u2019explique peut-\u00eatre par le fait que 58 % des professionnels de l\u2019IT estiment que la direction ne comprend pas suffisamment la complexit\u00e9 de l\u2019IT.<\/p>\n<p>Jarich Verachtert, Consultancy Manager chez TOPdesk : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Aujourd\u2019hui, l\u2019IT constitue l\u2019un des piliers essentiels de la productivit\u00e9 au sein des organisations. Le fait que la moiti\u00e9 des organisations subissent encore chaque semaine des perturbations li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019IT repr\u00e9sente donc un risque pour l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019organisation. Les exp\u00e9riences IT n\u00e9gatives nuisent \u00e0 la productivit\u00e9 et au bien-\u00eatre au travail, et compliquent ainsi la r\u00e9tention des collaborateurs exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s. La solution ne r\u00e9side pas uniquement dans la mise \u00e0 disposition des bons outils, mais aussi dans une int\u00e9gration forte de l\u2019IT au sein de la strat\u00e9gie de l\u2019organisation. La direction ne doit pas n\u00e9cessairement \u00eatre experte en IT, mais elle doit reconna\u00eetre qu\u2019une infrastructure IT solide constitue un moteur essentiel du bien-\u00eatre des collaborateurs. Sans cette prise de conscience, l\u2019IT continue trop souvent d\u2019\u00eatre per\u00e7ue comme un centre de co\u00fbts, plut\u00f4t que comme un facteur cl\u00e9 du succ\u00e8s de l\u2019organisation.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source: cette \u00e9tude internationale a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 la demande de TOPdesk par l\u2019institut d\u2019\u00e9tude Censuswide. Au total, 6.000 professionnels IT y ont particip\u00e9, en provenance de Belgique, d\u2019Allemagne, des Pays-Bas, d\u2019Autriche, du Royaume-Uni et de la Suisse. Tous travaillent dans des organisations comptant plus de 25 collaborateurs.
