Les derniers chiffres de Statbel indiquent qu\u2019au troisi\u00e8me trimestre 2025, 159.613 postes vacants \u00e9taient recens\u00e9s au sein des entreprises belges. 227 m\u00e9tiers figurent sur la liste des fonctions en p\u00e9nurie du VDAB (l\u2019\u00e9quivalent flamand du Forem).<\/p>\n<p>Le taux d\u2019emploi reste inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui des pays voisins tels que la France, les Pays-Bas et l\u2019Allemagne, selon les derni\u00e8res donn\u00e9es disponibles d\u2019Eurostat.<\/p>\n<p>Selon Nicolas Maes, Chief Client Officer PME chez Liantis, ce contexte contraint les entreprises \u00e0 repenser leur politique de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les employeurs cherchent des moyens de rester attractifs sans que leurs co\u00fbts n\u2019augmentent davantage. La r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration flexible n\u2019est pas une solution miracle, mais c\u2019est un instrument qui, dans le cadre l\u00e9gal existant, peut cr\u00e9er une marge suppl\u00e9mentaire. Cela devient aujourd\u2019hui \u00e9galement plus pertinent pour les employeurs PME. Pour eux, la question n\u2019est pas seulement de savoir si la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration flexible est int\u00e9ressante, mais surtout si elle est administrativement g\u00e9rable. Trop souvent, ces syst\u00e8mes sont complexes et chronophages \u00e0 mettre en place et \u00e0 g\u00e9rer. Il est donc crucial de les maintenir aussi simples que possible et d\u2019\u00e9viter \u00e0 tout prix toute charge administrative suppl\u00e9mentaire.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>La r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration flexible comme composante d\u2019une politique RH plus intelligente<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration flexible regroupe des avantages qui augmentent le pouvoir d\u2019achat net des travailleurs sans accro\u00eetre les salaires bruts. Il s\u2019agit notamment d\u2019avantages extral\u00e9gaux tels que les ch\u00e8ques-repas, les \u00e9coch\u00e8ques, les solutions de mobilit\u00e9 et les packages flexibles \u00e0 la carte.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous constatons que les travailleurs accordent de plus en plus d\u2019importance \u00e0 un package adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 leur situation personnelle\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> d\u00e9clare Jean-Louis Van Houwe, CEO de Monizze. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Il ne s\u2019agit pas uniquement d\u2019optimisation financi\u00e8re, mais aussi de libert\u00e9 de choix et de transparence.
