Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un levier d\u2019impact cibl\u00e9, d\u2019am\u00e9lioration structurelle et de renforcement strat\u00e9gique.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Les interim managers sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement sollicit\u00e9s en p\u00e9riode de transformation, de croissance ou de crise. Mais \u00e0 quelle vitesse cr\u00e9ent-ils r\u00e9ellement de l\u2019impact ? Et o\u00f9 se situe leur v\u00e9ritable valeur ajout\u00e9e pour les organisations ?<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Un impact d\u00e8s le premier jour<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des interim managers interrog\u00e9s (49,8%) indiquent obtenir des r\u00e9sultats tangibles d\u00e8s le premier mois. 41% suppl\u00e9mentaires y parviennent dans un d\u00e9lai de 1 \u00e0 3 mois. Autrement dit, plus de 90% font une diff\u00e9rence visible au cours du premier trimestre.<\/p>\n<p>Les missions durent le plus souvent entre 6 et 12 mois (38%), suivies de 12 \u00e0 18 mois (25%) et de 18 \u00e0 24 mois (22%). Cela d\u00e9montre que le management de transition est rarement une solution de tr\u00e8s courte dur\u00e9e, mais plut\u00f4t un renfort cibl\u00e9, assorti d\u2019objectifs clairement d\u00e9finis.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les organisations attendent aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 la fois rapidit\u00e9 et qualit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique Asia Skifati, Directrice chez Robert Walters. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les interim managers disposent de peu de temps pour instaurer la confiance et produire des r\u00e9sultats. Leur exp\u00e9rience et leur expertise leur permettent de fixer rapidement les priorit\u00e9s et d\u2019apporter une valeur ajout\u00e9e imm\u00e9diate.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>L\u2019optimisation des processus comme principal levier<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Dans pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des cas (44%), l\u2019impact le plus significatif concerne l\u2019optimisation des processus et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9. La gestion de crise et le redressement arrivent ensuite (19%), suivis par le changement culturel et l\u2019alignement des \u00e9quipes (14%). La d\u00e9finition de la strat\u00e9gie, la transformation digitale, le d\u00e9veloppement des talents et la r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts sont moins souvent cit\u00e9s comme priorit\u00e9 principale.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les gains les plus importants proviennent souvent de la simplification des processus et de la cr\u00e9ation de clart\u00e9 et de lisibilit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> souligne Asia Skifati. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Une fois cette base solide \u00e9tablie, l\u2019organisation peut avancer vers des \u00e9tapes strat\u00e9giques plus larges, comme la digitalisation ou la croissance.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Le succ\u00e8s ne se limite pas au ROI<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les interim managers sont avant tout \u00e9valu\u00e9s sur l\u2019atteinte des jalons du projet (41%), suivie par la performance et le moral des \u00e9quipes (19%) et l\u2019impact financier (16 ). Les dirigeants insistent \u00e9galement sur l\u2019importance des am\u00e9liorations de processus \u00e0 long terme et du transfert de connaissances vers les \u00e9quipes internes. L\u2019impact financier est important, mais il n\u2019est pas le seul crit\u00e8re d\u00e9terminant.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Cela confirme que le management de transition ne se r\u00e9sume pas uniquement \u00e0 une question de co\u00fbts\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> pr\u00e9cise Asia Skifati. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Il s\u2019agit d\u2019obtenir des r\u00e9sultats concrets, tout en renfor\u00e7ant durablement l\u2019organisation. Le ROI compte, mais les changements p\u00e9rennes r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par l\u2019interim manager sont souvent encore plus pr\u00e9cieux.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Une valeur strat\u00e9gique au-del\u00e0 de la mission<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les interim managers ne se contentent pas d\u2019ex\u00e9cuter un projet d\u00e9fini. 77% des organisations interrog\u00e9es les consid\u00e8rent comme une source de bonnes pratiques externes et de benchmarks de march\u00e9, et la majorit\u00e9 les voit comme un moteur cl\u00e9 de changement et de transformation.<\/p>\n<p>Plus de la moiti\u00e9 (54%) constatent que les interim managers assurent activement ce transfert de connaissances vers les \u00e9quipes internes, garantissant ainsi que l\u2019expertise demeure, m\u00eame apr\u00e8s la fin de la mission. Pour 38% des organisations, leur valeur ajout\u00e9e r\u00e9side dans leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 conseiller objectivement le senior leadership.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Sur le terrain, nous observons que les interim managers jouent un double r\u00f4le\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, conclut Asia Skifati. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Ils livrent des r\u00e9sultats concrets tout en apportant un regard ind\u00e9pendant qui remet en question les hypoth\u00e8ses existantes. Cette combinaison d\u2019ex\u00e9cution op\u00e9rationnelle et de vision strat\u00e9gique rend leur impact souvent plus durable qu\u2019on ne l\u2019imaginait au d\u00e9part.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Un impact maximal, qui n\u00e9cessite des conditions claires<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019efficacit\u00e9 augmente nettement lorsque les organisations pr\u00e9voient un onboarding structur\u00e9 et un briefing clair (45%), d\u00e9finissent des attentes r\u00e9alistes et des objectifs pr\u00e9cis (43%) et donnent un acc\u00e8s complet aux informations pertinentes (42%).
