Parall\u00e8lement, la part des flexi-jobbers au sein des effectifs des entreprises qui les emploient reste stable.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Ces chiffres confirment que les flexi-jobs ont \u00e9volu\u00e9, passant d\u2019une solution provisoire \u00e0 un \u00e9l\u00e9ment strat\u00e9gique de la planification des effectifs,\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> explique Nathalie Mertens, Managing Partner Consulting chez Securex. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Sur le terrain, dans tous les secteurs, nous constatons que les entreprises investissent d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment dans un contingent fixe de flexi-jobbers de confiance. Cela fonctionne de mani\u00e8re plus efficace, co\u00fbte moins cher et constitue souvent la seule mani\u00e8re de faire face aux pics d\u2019activit\u00e9 et aux p\u00e9nuries de personnel sans perdre en qualit\u00e9. Il ne s\u2019agit pas d\u2019une tendance passag\u00e8re, mais d\u2019un changement structurel dans la mani\u00e8re dont les entreprises abordent la flexibilit\u00e9.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cette \u00e9volution a \u00e9galement des cons\u00e9quences positives pour les flexi-jobbers. Ils d\u00e9veloppent une routine professionnelle, se familiarisent avec le lieu de travail et leurs coll\u00e8gues, et comprennent clairement les attentes \u00e0 leur \u00e9gard. Ainsi, ils sont en mesure d\u2019aborder chaque nouvelle mission avec davantage de fluidit\u00e9 et d\u2019efficacit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Le commerce alimentaire reste en t\u00eate, m\u00eame si la tendance gagne d\u2019autres secteurs<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La tendance est visible dans l\u2019ensemble des secteurs o\u00f9 les flexi-jobs sont autoris\u00e9s, bien que des disparit\u00e9s subsistent selon les domaines d\u2019activit\u00e9. Les professionnels de l\u2019alimentation sont en t\u00eate avec un nombre de contrats par flexi-jobber aupr\u00e8s du m\u00eame employeur \u00e9tant pass\u00e9 de 33,7 en 2021 \u00e0 41,8 en 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Le secteur de l\u2019Horeca, historiquement le principal utilisateur de flexi-jobs avec 43% de flexi-jobbers dans ses effectifs, enregistre \u00e9galement une augmentation significative, passant de 17,8 contrats en 2021 \u00e0 22,2 en 2025, restant n\u00e9anmoins inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la moyenne g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. Le commerce de d\u00e9tail ind\u00e9pendant conna\u00eet \u00e9galement une augmentation significative, passant de 24,7 contrats en 2021 \u00e0 28,4 en 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Il est \u00e0 noter que m\u00eame les secteurs ayant r\u00e9cemment autoris\u00e9 les flexi-jobs affichent une dynamique comparable. En effet, bien que la proportion de flexi-jobbers y demeure g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement limit\u00e9e, les employeurs dans ces secteurs privil\u00e9gient \u00e9galement un recours plus fr\u00e9quent aux m\u00eames profils.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>La flexibilit\u00e9 comme pilier strat\u00e9gique<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La constitution d\u2019un contingent stable de flexi-jobbers constitue un choix strat\u00e9gique visant \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une organisation agile.
