Lorsque la r\u00e9ponse est toujours positive et toujours souriante, cela devient suspect ! Il y a un c\u00f4t\u00e9 un peu ind\u00e9cent \u00e0 manifester son entrain et sa bonne humeur dans le contexte actuel. Et on le comprend. Les actualit\u00e9s qui tournent en boucle sont anxiog\u00e8nes. Elles envahissent les pens\u00e9es de bon nombre d\u2019entre nous, sans r\u00e9pit v\u00e9ritable. Que voyons-nous du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de nos coll\u00e8gues et de nos proches ? Les angoisses, les phobies et les addictions se d\u00e9veloppent \u00e0 grande vitesse. Le temps pr\u00e9sent est \u00e0 la gravit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la remise en question des quelques certitudes qu\u2019il nous reste encore. Dans ce chaos g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9, que penser de celles et ceux qui sourient et qui avancent malgr\u00e9 tout?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Afficher une d\u00e9termination intacte et faire preuve d\u2019un optimisme sans faille n\u2019est pas un exploit. C\u2019est un acte de r\u00e9sistance. Un message fort lanc\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019univers et, surtout, \u00e0 celles et ceux qui nous font l\u2019honneur de nous \u00e9couter et de nous suivre.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Comment r\u00e9agir face aux peurs irrationnelles qui emp\u00eachent d\u2019agir ?<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le nombre de travailleurs qui s\u2019effondrent augmente chaque jour, et ce n\u2019est pas parce que les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations actives sur le march\u00e9 du travail sont de plus en plus fragiles. La tension est palpable, \u00e0 chaque endroit et \u00e0 chaque instant. Mais la nouveaut\u00e9 que nous pouvons observer, ce sont des coll\u00e8gues qui pr\u00e9sentent des blocages physiques ou mentaux. Il peut y avoir ponctuellement l\u2019un ou l\u2019autre rejet pour des raisons li\u00e9es aux convictions personnelles. Mais ce ne sont pas les cas les plus fr\u00e9quents.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons souvent d\u00e9sormais des situations dans lesquelles les travailleurs ne peuvent tout simplement pas. Ce qui leur est demand\u00e9 est juste au-dessus de leurs forces. Il n\u2019y a souvent rien de rationnel. Face \u00e0 une t\u00e2che, un d\u00e9fi ou une contrari\u00e9t\u00e9, nous assistons \u00e0 ce que l\u2019on appelle un refus d\u2019obstacle. C\u2019est la cons\u00e9quence d\u2019une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui ne parvient pas \u00e0 gu\u00e9rir les blessures tant celles-ci s\u2019accumulent dans les c\u0153urs et les corps, au fur et \u00e0 mesure que les agressions se multiplient. Nous sommes d\u00e9sempar\u00e9s. Sans autre r\u00e9ponse que l\u2019indulgence, et la recherche de solutions alternatives pour que le travail soit ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 par quelqu\u2019un.e d\u2019autre!<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Le poids de l\u2019inflation sur nos politiques de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019autre volet sur lequel nous devons faire face \u00e0 des angoisses terribles, c\u2019est celui du pouvoir d\u2019achat. Dans nos entreprises, nous avons tendance \u00e0 sous-estimer l\u2019impact de l\u2019inflation sur le v\u00e9cu quotidien des travailleurs. Nous avons souvent consid\u00e9r\u00e9 cette question sous l\u2019angle du sens au travail. Mais ce n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessairement la bonne cl\u00e9 de lecture. La pression qui s\u2019exerce sur le pouvoir d\u2019achat des travailleurs ne porte pas sur la valeur immat\u00e9rielle du travail. Elle touche \u00e0 la pertinence \u00e9conomique de celui-ci : c\u2019est le rapport entre l\u2019effort consenti et la mani\u00e8re dont celui-ci est r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 qui est questionn\u00e9. Et non la contribution \u2018soci\u00e9tale\u2019 du travail.<\/p>\n<p>Dirigeants d\u2019entreprises et responsables RH doivent comprendre que la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration n\u2019est pas un montant, un chiffre \u00e0 comparer avec la norme du secteur ou du march\u00e9. Elle est uniquement le moyen d\u2019atteindre ou de maintenir un niveau de vie conforme aux attentes de celle\/celui qui la re\u00e7oit. Rien d\u2019autre. Et lorsque ce niveau de vie n\u2019est plus garanti, la relation de travail se d\u00e9t\u00e9riore parce qu\u2019elle ne remplit plus sa fonction nourrici\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Tenir et aider \u00e0 tenir dans la dur\u00e9e<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Il faut se faire une raison. Le cadre est ab\u00eem\u00e9 et contraint. Nos entreprises n\u2019\u00e9chappent pas \u00e0 la duret\u00e9 du monde qui les entoure et les moyens y sont d\u00e9finitivement limit\u00e9s. Si toutes les parties concern\u00e9es par la relation de travail peuvent s\u2019entendre sur ce constat, nous pouvons avancer ensemble. Ce qui veut dire ? Travailler en essayant, jour apr\u00e8s jour, de cultiver la positivit\u00e9, le s\u00e9rieux et la l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 face aux \u00e9v\u00e9nements, aux succ\u00e8s nombreux et \u00e0 quelques \u00e9checs aussi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>E viva la revolucion<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019optimisme est en effet une r\u00e9volution douce dans le contexte guerrier que nous connaissons. Peut-\u00eatre m\u00eame la seule approche f\u00e9d\u00e9ratrice, celle qui permet \u00e0 une organisation de ne pas \u00eatre une aire de combat et d\u2019affrontement permanent. Partant de l\u00e0, le devoir de \u2018coolitude\u2019 \u00e0 partager \u00e0 tous les \u00e9tages, en commen\u00e7ant au niveau du leadership, est ce qui permet d\u2019emmener les \u00e9quipes et de transformer les organisations malgr\u00e9 le chaos, les conflits et les int\u00e9r\u00eats particuliers. C\u2019est une posture n\u00e9cessaire.
