Un changement apparemment mineur qui peut avoir un impact consid\u00e9rable sur notre biorythme et notre niveau d\u2019\u00e9nergie, et donc influencer notre travail.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est pourquoi IDEWE, service externe de pr\u00e9vention et de protection au travail, partage avec les travailleurs et les employeurs des conseils afin de rendre la semaine de travail qui suit le changement d\u2019heure aussi productive que possible.<\/p>\n<p>Selon Lode Godderis, CEO d\u2019IDEWE et professeur en m\u00e9decine du travail \u00e0 la KU Leuven, la lumi\u00e8re joue un r\u00f4le important dans le fonctionnement de notre corps et notre niveau de vigilance au travail. \u00ab\u00a0<em>La lumi\u00e8re am\u00e9liore notre fonctionnement et nous rend plus actifs, en particulier la lumi\u00e8re du soleil, qui stimule la production de s\u00e9rotonine, favorisant ainsi notre humeur et notre vigilance\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique-t-il.<\/p>\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement, la plupart des travailleurs commencent l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 avec une dette de sommeil, ce qui peut entra\u00eener de la fatigue, des probl\u00e8mes de concentration et une augmentation du stress au travail. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Des \u00e9tudes montrent qu\u2019apr\u00e8s le passage \u00e0 l\u2019heure d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9, la productivit\u00e9 au bureau diminue de mani\u00e8re mesurable, car les travailleurs dorment en moyenne 40\u202fminutes de moins. Nous disposons donc de moins d\u2019\u00e9nergie mentale pour r\u00e9primer nos impulsions, ce qui nous pousse \u00e0 &lsquo;cyberfl\u00e2ner&rsquo; davantage, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire \u00e0 consacrer plus de temps \u00e0 utiliser Internet \u00e0 des fins personnelles (actualit\u00e9s, r\u00e9seaux sociaux, achats, etc.). Certaines \u00e9tudes r\u00e9v\u00e8lent \u00e9galement que dans la semaine qui suit le changement d\u2019heure, on observe souvent une l\u00e9g\u00e8re augmentation des accidents de la route.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Heureusement, vous pouvez anticiper le passage \u00e0 l\u2019heure d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 pour en att\u00e9nuer les effets n\u00e9gatifs.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Ce que vous pouvez faire<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong><em>1) Adaptez progressivement votre rythme de sommeil<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nVotre chronotype d\u00e9termine si vous \u00eates plut\u00f4t du matin ou du soir. Pour les couche-tard, les jours qui suivent le passage \u00e0 l\u2019heure d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 peuvent \u00eatre particuli\u00e8rement difficiles. Quelques jours avant le changement, essayez de vous coucher un peu plus t\u00f4t pour permettre \u00e0 votre corps de s\u2019adapter progressivement au nouveau rythme et \u00e9viter un changement trop brutal. Rangez donc votre t\u00e9l\u00e9phone \u00e0 temps, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence au moins une heure avant de vous coucher.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>3) Sortez et bougez<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nPendant la journ\u00e9e, exposez-vous autant que possible \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re du jour et bougez. Le matin, laissez imm\u00e9diatement entrer la lumi\u00e8re du jour dans votre chambre afin de freiner la production de m\u00e9latonine, ou faites une petite promenade de 5\u202f\u00e0\u202f10\u202fminutes avant d\u2019aller travailler. Passez vos pauses pendant la journ\u00e9e de travail autant que possible \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, ou optez pour des \u00ab\u2009r\u00e9unions-promenades\u2009\u00bb si la culture de travail le permet.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Comment faciliter le changement d\u2019heure en tant qu\u2019employeur<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong><em>1) Misez sur la sensibilisation et les mesures de pr\u00e9vention<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nLe risque accru d\u2019accidents (sur le chemin) du travail dans les jours qui suivent le passage \u00e0 l\u2019heure d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 varie consid\u00e9rablement d\u2019une personne \u00e0 l\u2019autre. \u00ab\u2009Il est d\u00e8s lors recommand\u00e9 aux employeurs de sensibiliser les travailleurs et de prendre des mesures de pr\u00e9vention afin de r\u00e9duire le risque.\u2009\u00bb Par exemple, en introduisant des horaires de travail flexibles pour que les couche-tard puissent commencer plus tard ou en veillant \u00e0 ce que les coll\u00e8gues puissent travailler ensemble pour mener \u00e0 bien une t\u00e2che et \u00e9viter les distractions.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>2) Adaptez l\u2019\u00e9clairage au bureau<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nDe tous les facteurs de stress dans l\u2019environnement de travail, c\u2019est un \u00e9clairage inadapt\u00e9 qui nuit le plus aux performances cognitives. C\u2019est pourquoi il est important non seulement de faire entrer la lumi\u00e8re du jour dans le bureau, par exemple en pla\u00e7ant les postes de travail pr\u00e8s des fen\u00eatres, mais aussi de r\u00e9gler l\u2019\u00e9clairage artificiel sur un blanc neutre ou froid (environ 4000-5000 K) pour une concentration optimale.
