R\u00e9sultat : il devient de plus en plus difficile d\u2019identifier les talents r\u00e9ellement pertinents.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Certains recruteurs re\u00e7oivent plus de 800 candidatures pour des postes de niveau interm\u00e9diaire \u2014 soit plus du double de l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique Tom Lakin, Global Head of Future of Work Advisory chez global talent solutions specialist Robert Walters. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Beaucoup de dossiers se ressemblent \u00e9norm\u00e9ment. Dans un march\u00e9 influenc\u00e9 par l\u2019IA, le jugement humain devient indispensable.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>L\u2019IA transforme la mani\u00e8re de postuler<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Deux tendances majeures expliquent cette hausse spectaculaire. D\u2019une part, les processus de recrutement sont devenus tr\u00e8s automatis\u00e9s et souvent peu transparents pour les candidats. Les syst\u00e8mes de suivi des candidatures (ATS) donnent rarement de visibilit\u00e9 sur les \u00e9tapes ou les d\u00e9lais.<br \/>\nD\u2019autre part, les candidats utilisent de plus en plus l\u2019IA pour multiplier leurs chances. Des outils comme LazyApply ou des robots de candidature automatis\u00e9s parcourent les sites d\u2019emploi et envoient des candidatures \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle \u2014 parfois m\u00eame sans que le candidat analyse r\u00e9ellement l\u2019offre.<\/p>\n<p>Les recherches de Robert Walters montrent que 56% des professionnels utilisent d\u00e9sormais l\u2019IA d\u2019une mani\u00e8re ou d\u2019une autre pour postuler, et pr\u00e8s d\u2019un sur cinq le fait r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Si cela fait grimper le volume de candidatures, la qualit\u00e9 ne suit pas toujours. Les employeurs constatent davantage de CV g\u00e9n\u00e9riques g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par l\u2019IA et moins de personnalisation, ce qui complique l\u2019identification des profils r\u00e9ellement qualifi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>L\u2019humain reste indispensable<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Pour g\u00e9rer cet afflux, de nombreuses organisations se tournent vers des outils de pr\u00e9s\u00e9lection bas\u00e9s sur l\u2019IA. Ces technologies permettent de gagner en efficacit\u00e9, mais elles comportent aussi des risques : elles peuvent amplifier certains biais, r\u00e9duire la transparence et \u00e9liminer la nuance apport\u00e9e par l\u2019analyse humaine.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les \u00e9quipes qui tirent vraiment leur \u00e9pingle du jeu ne cherchent pas \u00e0 tout automatiser\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, souligne Faye Walshe, Director of Innovation &amp; AI at Robert Walters. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Elles placent l\u2019humain au centre du processus : elles v\u00e9rifient rapidement les comp\u00e9tences r\u00e9elles, examinent attentivement les listes de candidats g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es par l\u2019IA et testent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement leurs outils.
