Constats r\u00e9currents: les chercheurs d\u2019emploi mentent sur leurs candidatures, postulent en dehors de leur secteur et se sentent invisibles.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Une enqu\u00eate de monCVparfait\u00ae, un service de cr\u00e9ation de CV en ligne, r\u00e9v\u00e8le que 59% des chercheurs d\u2019emploi estiment que moins d\u2019un quart de leurs candidatures sont examin\u00e9es par un recruteur humain, illustrant une frustration croissante face aux syst\u00e8mes de suivi des candidatures (ATS).<\/p>\n<p>Le rapport <strong><em>\u00ab\u00a0Difficult\u00e9s de la recherche d&#8217;emploi\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, <\/strong>bas\u00e9 sur les r\u00e9ponses de plus de 1.000 salari\u00e9s am\u00e9ricains ayant recherch\u00e9 un emploi au cours des 12 derniers mois, met en lumi\u00e8re la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 frustrante de la recherche d\u2019emploi aujourd\u2019hui. 27% admettent avoir menti dans leurs candidatures, 42% postulent \u00e0 des emplois pour lesquels ils sont surqualifi\u00e9s, et 71% postulent en dehors de leur secteur dans l\u2019espoir d\u2019\u00eatre embauch\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Principaux enseignements :<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pr\u00e8s de 6 travailleurs sur 10 (59%) pensent qu\u2019un recruteur voit moins de 25% de leurs candidatures.<\/li>\n<li>Seul 1 sur 5 estime que la majorit\u00e9 de ses candidatures parvient r\u00e9ellement \u00e0 un recruteur humain<\/li>\n<li>27% ont menti sur leurs candidatures par d\u00e9sespoir.<\/li>\n<li>71% ont postul\u00e9 \u00e0 des emplois en dehors de leur secteur, faute de trouver des postes pertinents.<\/li>\n<li>42% sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 accepter des emplois pour lesquels ils sont surqualifi\u00e9s simplement pour d\u00e9crocher un emploi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><em><strong>Le d\u00e9sespoir pousse \u00e0 des comportements risqu\u00e9s dans la recherche d\u2019emploi<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n<p>Face \u00e0 des opportunit\u00e9s qui semblent hors de port\u00e9e, les chercheurs d\u2019emploi prennent des risques :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>27% admettent mentir sur leur CV ou dans leurs candidatures pour augmenter leurs chances.<\/li>\n<li>71% \u00e9largissent leur recherche en postulant en dehors de leur secteur malgr\u00e9 des taux de r\u00e9ussite plus faibles.<\/li>\n<li>42% sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 accepter des postes en dessous de leurs qualifications afin d\u2019\u00e9viter un ch\u00f4mage prolong\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><em>Les syst\u00e8mes ATS cr\u00e9ent un \u00ab trou noir \u00bb pour les candidatures<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La perception que les candidatures disparaissent dans un vide num\u00e9rique est en hausse :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>31% pensent que moins de 10% de leurs candidatures sont vues par un humain.<\/li>\n<li>28% estiment que seulement 11 \u00e0 25% sont examin\u00e9es, ce qui refl\u00e8te un scepticisme profond quant \u00e0 l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des ATS.<\/li>\n<li>Moins de 1 sur 5 (19%) pensent que plus de la moiti\u00e9 de leurs candidatures parviennent \u00e0 un recruteur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><em>Les outils de candidature rapide ne tiennent pas leurs promesses<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 les promesses de simplicit\u00e9 et de rapidit\u00e9, la fonctionnalit\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Easy Apply\u00a0\u00bb de LinkedIn et d\u2019autres options de candidature rapide d\u00e9\u00e7oivent les chercheurs d\u2019emploi :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>41% n\u2019ont jamais obtenu d\u2019entretien \u00e0 travers ces outils.<\/li>\n<li>Seuls 10% d\u00e9clarent avoir r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 plusieurs reprises gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces outils.<\/li>\n<li>19% \u00e9vitent compl\u00e8tement les candidatures rapides, doutant de leur efficacit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><em>Changement de carri\u00e8re et surqualification : une nouvelle norme<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La concurrence accrue sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi pousse les candidats \u00e0 adopter des parcours non conventionnels :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>71% ont postul\u00e9 \u00e0 des emplois en dehors de leur secteur pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, mais seulement 24 % ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 changer de domaine.<\/li>\n<li>42% sont surqualifi\u00e9s pour les postes auxquels ils postulent, pr\u00eats \u00e0 ralentir leur progression professionnelle pour obtenir un emploi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019essor des syst\u00e8mes ATS et des fonctionnalit\u00e9s de candidature rapide \u00e9tait cens\u00e9 faciliter la recherche d\u2019emploi, mais les
