Malgr\u00e9 toutes les bonnes volont\u00e9s, il arrive cependant que cette phase d\u2019accueil, d\u2019int\u00e9gration et d\u2019apprentissage intensif ne soit pas aussi idyllique que nous le souhaiterions. Que faut-il donc faire pour que l\u2019entr\u00e9e en service soit un vrai succ\u00e8s? Comment capturer l\u2019\u00e9nergie des premiers jours et maintenir ce rythme pour les mois et les ann\u00e9es qui suivent ?<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Indulgence et suspicion<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ce laps de temps d\u2019une petite centaine de jours, court et long \u00e0 la fois, est un luxe immense. C\u2019est un cadeau offert par celles et ceux qui sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans l\u2019entreprise depuis longtemps et qui semblent \u00eatre dans l\u2019attente d\u2019un regard neuf. C\u2019est un luxe aussi car le nouveau venu b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie de l\u2019indulgence de ses coll\u00e8gues. A condition de faire preuve d\u2019une certaine humilit\u00e9 et d\u2019un respect r\u00e9el vis-\u00e0-vis de l\u2019histoire de l\u2019organisation que l\u2019on vient de rejoindre.<br \/>\nLe basculement en phase de rejet n\u2019est en effet jamais loin. Les bulldozers sont attendus au tournant, car m\u00eame s\u2019il est l\u00e9gitime de vouloir impacter vite et fort son nouvel environnement de travail, il est normal de devoir \u2018affronter\u2019 les regards suspects des personnes en place.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>D\u00e9ception imm\u00e9diate, comme une invitation \u00e0 la patience<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A l\u2019inverse, il arrive parfois d\u00e8s les premiers instants que les espoirs soient d\u00e9\u00e7us. Que la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du quotidien d\u2019une entreprise ne corresponde pas \u00e0 ce que l\u2019on a entrevu lors des phases de s\u00e9duction et de n\u00e9gociation. Faut-il s\u2019accrocher ou prendre ses jambes \u00e0 son cou ?<br \/>\nImpulsivit\u00e9, frustration, perte imm\u00e9diate de confiance\u2026 La nature de la premi\u00e8re r\u00e9action peut varier mais elle signifie souvent que la relation est mal engag\u00e9e. Comment est-il possible de rater un embarquement qui semblait pourtant promis \u00e0 un bel avenir ? Cela se produit par exemple lorsqu\u2019un nouveau manager est confront\u00e9 \u00e0 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de nettoyer une situation chaotique h\u00e9rit\u00e9e du pass\u00e9. Ou encore lorsque les moyens d\u2019action promis ne sont pas disponibles\u2026 Insistons sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de faire preuve de patience, m\u00eame voire surtout lorsque les attentes mutuelles sont \u00e9lev\u00e9es et que les urgences (relatives) se multiplient.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Pour une lune de miel prolong\u00e9e\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les 100 premiers jours repr\u00e9sentent une sorte de \u2018sas temporel\u2019 que nous traversons avec enthousiasme parce que tout semble possible. Il s\u2019agit effectivement du moment id\u00e9al pour frapper les imaginations, briser les codes et impulser un changement radical. Or, rien n\u2019interdit de prolonger cette p\u00e9riode au-del\u00e0 du centi\u00e8me jour, \u00e0 condition de conserver nos capacit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9tonnement et de cultiver une forme de tol\u00e9rance face aux contretemps qui ne manqueront pas. Lutter contre l\u2019inertie de nos organisations et contre l\u2019impatience qui nous caract\u00e9rise souvent.<br \/>\nL\u2019objectif est simple : r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 passer d\u2019une p\u00e9riode b\u00e9nie o\u00f9 tout est possible vers un deuxi\u00e8me temps, beaucoup plus long, o\u00f9 tout reste possible.
