Mais retrouver un emploi ne sera pas \u00e9vident : 49% des employeurs interrog\u00e9s se montrent n\u00e9gatifs \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019embaucher quelqu\u2019un rest\u00e9 plus de deux ans sans emploi.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0La longue p\u00e9riode de ch\u00f4mage joue contre eux. Il ne sera pas facile pour les demandeurs d&#8217;emploi de postuler\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, ajoute Group S.<\/p>\n<p>Les personnes au ch\u00f4mage depuis 2 \u00e0 8 ans perdront leurs allocations de ch\u00f4mage \u00e0 partir du 1er avril. Il s&rsquo;agit de la derni\u00e8re phase de la limitation dans le temps des allocations de ch\u00f4mage mise en \u0153uvre par le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a08 employeurs sur 10 partagent l&rsquo;opinion selon laquelle une p\u00e9riode de ch\u00f4mage de longue dur\u00e9e constitue un risque \u00e0 l&#8217;embauche. 41% d\u00e9clarent m\u00eame ne pas vouloir investir dans la formation des nouveaux candidats. La mesure du gouvernement augmente certes le nombre de candidats sur le march\u00e9 du travail, mais cela ne signifie pas pour autant qu\u2019ils seront engag\u00e9s facilement.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> &#8211; Virginie Vellemans, Chief Communication &amp; Office Management Group S<\/p>\n<p>Quant \u00e0 savoir si les cadres s&rsquo;attendent \u00e0 un plus grand nombre de candidats pour leurs postes vacants en raison de la nouvelle mesure, les avis sont partag\u00e9s. 35% d\u00e9clarent ne pas s&rsquo;y attendre, tandis que 37% sont convaincus qu&rsquo;ils recevront plus de candidats. 11% d\u00e9clarent ne pas savoir et les 17% restants n&rsquo;ont pas de poste vacant pour le moment.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Paradoxe<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Il est int\u00e9ressant de noter que la grande majorit\u00e9 (85%) des employeurs pensent que les ch\u00f4meurs de longue dur\u00e9e ont besoin d\u2019un accompagnement suppl\u00e9mentaire pour se r\u00e9ins\u00e9rer durablement sur le march\u00e9 du travail. Dans le m\u00eame temps, pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 (49%) d\u2019un accompagnement suppl\u00e9mentaire pour se r\u00e9ins\u00e9rer durablement sur le march\u00e9 du travail.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Il semble donc qu&rsquo;il y ait une diff\u00e9rence entre ce que le gouvernement veut r\u00e9aliser avec cette mesure &#8211; faire en sorte que plus de gens travaillent &#8211; et la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des employeurs. La volont\u00e9 est bien l\u00e0, mais il manque des rep\u00e8res. Comment accompagner les demandeurs d&#8217;emploi? Avec quelles subventions? Ce sont des questions auxquelles les employeurs n&rsquo;ont pas toujours de r\u00e9ponse.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> &#8211; Virginie Vellemans, Chief Communication &amp; Office Management Group S<\/p>\n<p>Pour Group S, les chiffres montrent clairement que la r\u00e9forme n&rsquo;aura un impact r\u00e9el que si les employeurs et les demandeurs d&#8217;emploi y sont soutenus. C&rsquo;est pourquoi l&rsquo;acteur RH compile une s\u00e9rie de points pratiques d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat pour les deux groupes cibles.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Checklist pour les employeurs<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong><em>1. Examiner l&#8217;employabilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui, et non le CV d&rsquo;hier<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Avec les demandeurs d&#8217;emploi de longue dur\u00e9e, un CV classique en dit souvent moins qu&rsquo;avec d&rsquo;autres candidats. Les questions les plus utiles sont les suivantes : que peut faire cette personne aujourd&rsquo;hui ou \u00e0 nouveau, quelle est sa motivation, et \u00e0 quelle vitesse cette personne peut-elle redevenir productive dans votre contexte? Ceux qui ne s&rsquo;int\u00e9ressent qu&rsquo;au \u00ab\u00a0trou\u00a0\u00bb dans une carri\u00e8re passent souvent \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des comp\u00e9tences transf\u00e9rables et du potentiel de croissance.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>2. Utiliser un stage comme p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un stage d\u2019immersion professionnelle \u2014 par exemple une formation professionnelle individuelle en entreprise (FPI, \u00e9quivalent wallon de l\u2019IBO) \u2014 peut constituer une \u00e9tape utile pour reconstruire un rythme de travail, la confiance en soi ou des comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cifiques. Pour les employeurs, c\u2019est une opportunit\u00e9 de former un candidat sur mesure avec des contraintes administratives et financi\u00e8res limit\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>3. Fournir un point de contact permanent sur le lieu de travail<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Toute personne qui revient apr\u00e8s une longue absence a besoin non seulement d&rsquo;un emploi, mais aussi d&rsquo;un red\u00e9marrage social. Il faut donc pr\u00e9voir un confident, un parrain ou une marraine qui s&rsquo;occupe de la formation, des questions pratiques et de l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration informelle. Ce principe est \u00e9galement li\u00e9 \u00e0 la formule BIS, qui pr\u00e9voit explicitement un parrain ou une marraine de stage.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>4. Faire des premi\u00e8res semaines une phase d&rsquo;alignement<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Peu apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9but du stage, organisez une r\u00e9union sur les attentes, le rythme de travail, le soutien et la communication avec les coll\u00e8gues. Demandez aussi explicitement \u00e0 l&#8217;employ\u00e9 ce qu&rsquo;il veut ou ne veut pas dire au sujet de son absence. Vous \u00e9viterez ainsi les malentendus et instaurerez plus rapidement une confiance mutuelle.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>5. Voyez quelles sont les concessions dont vous b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiez en tant qu&#8217;employeur<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les employeurs qui engagent un demandeur d&#8217;emploi de longue dur\u00e9e peuvent, dans certains cas, solliciter une aide des pouvoirs publics.
