Bien que le personnel de nettoyage soit essentiel au bon fonctionnement des entreprises, l\u2019\u00e9tude montre qu\u2019il existe encore des possibilit\u00e9s pour les facility managers de mieux soutenir leurs \u00e9quipes afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer \u00e0 la fois le bien-\u00eatre des collaborateurs et les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019entreprise.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 (46%) des agents d\u2019entretien interrog\u00e9s d\u00e9clarent ressentir r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement du stress en raison de leurs conditions de travail. Ils indiquent manquer souvent d\u2019\u00e9quipements de protection individuelle adapt\u00e9s, \u00eatre expos\u00e9s \u00e0 des produits chimiques agressifs et avoir le sentiment que leur travail est sous-valoris\u00e9. Sept sur dix affirment ne pas se sentir soutenus par leur employeur en mati\u00e8re de bien-\u00eatre mental ou physique. Cette situation entra\u00eene une rotation plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e du personnel : 38% ont quitt\u00e9 leur emploi en raison d\u2019un manque de reconnaissance et du burn-out, des facteurs sans lien avec la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0En raison du rythme et de la pression auxquels sont confront\u00e9s les facility managers et les prestataires de services facilitaires, il n\u2019est pas toujours simple d\u2019avoir une vision compl\u00e8te de ce que vit quotidiennement le personnel de nettoyage\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> d\u00e9clare Ineke van den Bemt, Regional Segment Marketing Manager chez Tork. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Notre \u00e9tude montre que lorsque les \u00e9quipes ne se sentent pas soutenues, le burn-out n\u2019est jamais loin. Cela peut entra\u00eener un turnover co\u00fbteux, des p\u00e9nuries de personnel et une baisse des performances globales d\u2019un site\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> poursuit Ineke.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>De quoi le personnel de nettoyage a-t-il besoin ?<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude montre ce dont le personnel de nettoyage a besoin pour rester en bonne sant\u00e9, motiv\u00e9 et en poste plus longtemps.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un leadership soutenant (29%)<\/li>\n<li>Une \u00e9galit\u00e9 de traitement et du respect pour tous les collaborateurs (39%)<\/li>\n<li>Des fournitures de nettoyage plac\u00e9es au bon endroit et facilement accessibles (33%), comme des produits faciles \u00e0 utiliser et des recharges simples \u00e0 manipuler<\/li>\n<li>Une culture de travail positive et accueillante (33%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><em>L\u2019impact sur l\u2019entreprise<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019\u00e9tude s\u2019est \u00e9galement pench\u00e9e sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience des visiteurs des sanitaires et montre que plus de 50 % des personnes r\u00e9agissent apr\u00e8s une mauvaise exp\u00e9rience aux toilettes\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> explique Ineke. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Cela peut aller du fait de quitter un \u00e9tablissement et de publier un avis n\u00e9gatif en ligne \u00e0 celui de d\u00e9penser moins en nourriture ou en boissons afin d\u2019\u00e9viter une visite aux toilettes.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les mauvaises exp\u00e9riences dans les espaces sanitaires ont des cons\u00e9quences concr\u00e8tes sur la r\u00e9putation et le chiffre d\u2019affaires d\u2019une entreprise. Le personnel de nettoyage joue donc un r\u00f4le essentiel dans la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience utilisateur positive. En accordant davantage d\u2019attention au bien-\u00eatre des agents de nettoyage, les facility managers peuvent non seulement accro\u00eetre la r\u00e9tention du personnel, mais aussi am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 du nettoyage et augmenter la satisfaction des visiteurs.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les organisations peuvent notamment envisager les mesures suivantes :<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Reconna\u00eetre et valoriser le personnel de nettoyage, par exemple par une reconnaissance visible telle que des affiches, des panneaux ou des initiatives comme \u00ab collaborateur du mois \u00bb ;<br \/>\n\u2022 Engager activement le dialogue avec les agents de nettoyage sur ce dont ils ont besoin au quotidien et, dans la mesure du possible, mettre \u00e0 disposition des distributeurs et produits accessibles et faciles \u00e0 utiliser ;<br \/>\n\u2022 Proposer des formations ainsi que les produits et \u00e9quipements de nettoyage ad\u00e9quats afin de garantir un travail en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ;<br \/>\n\u2022 Mettre en place des programmes de soutien ax\u00e9s sur le bien-\u00eatre et la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Ces conclusions s\u2019inscrivent dans le cadre de l\u2019initiative de Tork pour une hygi\u00e8ne inclusive dans les espaces sanitaires.
