Sa mission: accompagner la mise en oeuvre de la nouvelle strat\u00e9gie de l&rsquo;entreprise, \u00e9manation du d\u00e9partement IT d&rsquo;Ethias. Pour relever le d\u00e9fi, elle mise sur une s\u00e9rie de convictions dont le travail en \u00e9quipe, la construction de solutions RH sur mesure et un people management fond\u00e9 sur la confiance, la simplicit\u00e9 et le respect.<\/p>\n<h3>LA GRANDE INTERVIEW<\/h3>\n<p><strong> Nathalie Drouet <em>(celio)<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nDepuis l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 2008, Nathalie Drouet pilote les RH du groupe fran\u00e7ais celio, fonction \u00e0 la fois op\u00e9rationnelle dans un secteur o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on gagne sur le terrain et comportant un important volet strat\u00e9gique li\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;expansion fulgurante de l&rsquo;enseigne de mode \u00e0 l&rsquo;international.
