Les adaptations s\u2019inscrivent dans le cadre de l\u2019ex\u00e9cution de l\u2019accord de gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral 2025-2029 et ont pour objectif de clarifier certaines questions d\u2019interpr\u00e9tation et d\u2019introduire quelques assouplissements administratifs destin\u00e9s \u00e0 rendre le statut plus accessible.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Concr\u00e8tement, les points suivants sont concern\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la suppression de l&rsquo;obligation de pr\u00e9senter une d\u00e9claration sur l\u2019honneur relative au suivi des cours en d\u00e9but de l\u2019ann\u00e9e scolaire ou acad\u00e9mique. L&rsquo;obligation de suivre les cours est v\u00e9rifi\u00e9e a posteriori sur la base de la liste de points<\/li>\n<li>la suppression de la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019apporter une preuve alternative concernant la condition de suivi r\u00e9gulier des cours en cas d\u2019accompagnement dans un projet entrepreneurial<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019autorisation donn\u00e9e aux \u00e9tudiants int\u00e9ress\u00e9s de conserver le statut d\u2019\u00e9tudiant-ind\u00e9pendant pendant le trimestre d\u2019obtention du dipl\u00f4me, m\u00eame s\u2019ils ne remplissent pas la condition d\u2019\u00e9tudes pour l\u2019ensemble du trimestre<\/li>\n<li>la disposition selon laquelle la personne concern\u00e9e qui n&rsquo;est pas inscrite pour au moins 27 cr\u00e9dits (ou 17 heures de cours) mais qui pr\u00e9pare un m\u00e9moire de fin d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes peut continuer \u00e0 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier du statut d&rsquo;\u00e9tudiant ind\u00e9pendant pendant un an au maximum<\/li>\n<li>la limite d\u2019\u00e2ge de 25 ans est supprim\u00e9e.
