Quels sont les ingr\u00e9dients \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir pour \u00e9laborer une recette gagnante?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Faut-il int\u00e9grer davantage la prise en compte des sph\u00e8res priv\u00e9e et professionnelle? L\u2019\u00e9chelle des priorit\u00e9s, entre pouvoir d\u2019achat et d\u00e9veloppement personnel par exemple, s\u2019est-elle \u00e0 nouveau invers\u00e9e? Qui peut donner le cap \u00e0 suivre?<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Fluidit\u00e9 et rapidit\u00e9 ne riment pas encore avec bien-\u00eatre\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019am\u00e9lioration g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des conditions de travail est factuelle. Et la transformation num\u00e9rique y participe grandement. L\u2019utilisation massive de l\u2019Intelligence Artificielle en est certainement le pilier d\u00e9sormais. Le gain de temps ne co\u00efncide pas toujours avec un gain en mati\u00e8re de qualit\u00e9 de vie. Il y a donc un bug dans l\u2019\u00e9quation.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit de retravailler notre Exp\u00e9rience Collaborateur, un travail de r\u00e9conciliation s\u2019impose. Le progr\u00e8s technologique est bas\u00e9 sur la fluidit\u00e9 et la rapidit\u00e9 dans le traitement et la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration des donn\u00e9es. Plus qu\u2019un point d\u2019attention\u2026 Une r\u00e9flexion strat\u00e9gique \u00e0 mener d\u2019urgence.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Disponibilit\u00e9 extr\u00eame et int\u00e9gration \u00e0 g\u00e9om\u00e9trie variable, un d\u00e9fi essentiellement comportemental<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Reprenons ici un des principes qui nous semble rester fondateur en mati\u00e8re d\u2019Exp\u00e9rience Collaborateur. Les travailleurs ne veulent pas \u00eatre trait\u00e9s comme des Ressources. Ils ne veulent pas davantage \u00eatre trait\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re \u00e9gale. Ils veulent simplement \u00eatre trait\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re exceptionnelle. Le d\u00e9fi principal auxquels nos coll\u00e8gues nous confrontent est celui de la disponibilit\u00e9, mentale et physique et num\u00e9rique, \u00e0 chaque instant et quel que soit l\u2019endroit.<\/p>\n<p>Soyons pragmatiques\u2026 Pour relever ce challenge, il est d\u00e9sormais indispensable d\u2019assurer une pr\u00e9sence double (pr\u00e9sentielle et virtuelle) en ayant recours \u00e0 tous les canaux de dialogue et de communication disponibles. La puissance des outils disponibles le permet aujourd\u2019hui. Mais \u00e0 quel prix ? Celui d\u2019un temps de travail et d\u2019une charge mentale qui explose pour quiconque occupe une fonction assortie d\u2019un r\u00f4le de leadership. Et d\u2019une attitude r\u00e9solument positive face aux contradictions exprim\u00e9es par celles et ceux qui travaillent avec nous.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>La qu\u00eate du collectif, le super graal.<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Tout le monde le sait. Rares sont ceux qui y parviennent. Le troisi\u00e8me \u00e9l\u00e9ment que nous voulons relever enfin concerne le c\u0153ur du r\u00e9acteur, en mati\u00e8re d\u2019Exp\u00e9rience Collaborateur. Le collectif. Un \u00e9difice fragile qui ne repose que sur la bonne volont\u00e9 de ses membres, fluctuante par nature. Comment trouver cet \u00e9quilibre instable ?<\/p>\n<p>En cr\u00e9ant des espaces de libert\u00e9 et des moments d\u00e9di\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019alignement. En passant de la sph\u00e8re priv\u00e9e \u00e0 la sph\u00e8re professionnelle avec l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 et simplicit\u00e9, malgr\u00e9 celles et ceux qui continuent de pr\u00e9tendre qu\u2019elles doivent \u00eatre s\u00e9par\u00e9es alors que c\u2019est devenu tout simplement impossible. Nos cercles relationnels sont mixtes. Nos environnements sont reli\u00e9s et naturellement connect\u00e9s parce que notre vie est une et indivisible. Notre monde nous impose une lutte quotidienne et c\u2019est pourquoi nombre d\u2019entre nous, d\u00e9sempar\u00e9s face \u00e0 la violence ambiante, souffrent le martyre dans le contexte actuel. Une certitude : il faut se battre et r\u00e9sister.
