Bien que le facteur \u00ab\u00a0salaire et avantages\u00a0\u00bb demeure le num\u00e9ro un incontest\u00e9, les autres crit\u00e8res gagnent quasiment tous en importance. C\u2019est ce qui ressort de la 26\u00e8me \u00e9dition de la Randstad Employer Brand Research, une \u00e9tude ind\u00e9pendante men\u00e9e chaque ann\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de plus de 11.000 Belges sur l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 des employeurs de Belgique.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Il est frappant de constater que les grandes entreprises affichent d\u2019excellentes notes en mati\u00e8re d\u2019innovation et de management, mais que l\u2019\u00e9cart par rapport au propre employeur reste b\u00e9ant sur le plan de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d\u2019emploi et du contenu de la fonction.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Exigences accrues dans une \u00e9conomie au ralenti.<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le march\u00e9 belge du travail est confront\u00e9 \u00e0 un m\u00e9lange complexe de d\u00e9fis. L\u2019incertitude \u00e9conomique entra\u00eene une baisse des d\u00e9parts volontaires, ce qui ralentit la \u00ab\u00a0cha\u00eene des offres d\u2019emploi\u00a0\u00bb. Par cons\u00e9quent, l\u2019accent se d\u00e9place in\u00e9vitablement du recrutement vers la r\u00e9tention et la mobilit\u00e9 interne.<\/p>\n<p>Bien que le facteur \u00ab\u00a0salaire attractif et avantages\u00a0\u00bb (64%) demeure le num\u00e9ro un absolu, presque tous les autres crit\u00e8res p\u00e8sent aujourd\u2019hui davantage dans la balance. L\u2019employ\u00e9 belge est plus critique que jamais :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contenu int\u00e9ressant de la fonction : +14 points de pourcentage<\/li>\n<li>Qualit\u00e9 du management et de la direction : +14 points de pourcentage<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9quilibre travail-vie priv\u00e9e : +8 points de pourcentage<\/li>\n<li>Ambiance de travail agr\u00e9able : +8 points de pourcentage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il est frappant de constater que la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d\u2019emploi (58%) gagne de l\u2019importance (+6 pp.) mais recule de la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e0 la quatri\u00e8me place dans le classement. Ce qui sugg\u00e8re qu\u2019en 2026, l\u2019employ\u00e9 belge ne limite pas ses exigences au seul aspect de la stabilit\u00e9 d\u00e8s que les conditions de base sont remplies.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Image versus r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude met au jour une distinction bien nette entre l\u2019image abstraite des grandes entreprises priv\u00e9es et la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 quotidienne v\u00e9cue chez son propre employeur. En pratique, l\u2019employeur du r\u00e9pondant r\u00e9colte de meilleures notes pour 9 des 12 crit\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la pertinence du travail priment. Chez son propre employeur, la \u00ab\u00a0s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d\u2019emploi\u00a0\u00bb arrive incontestablement en t\u00eate (3,98 sur 5). De m\u00eame, le \u00ab\u00a0contenu de la fonction\u00a0\u00bb (3,83) est nettement plus appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 chez l\u2019employeur actuel que dans les grandes organisations (3,46). Le Belge se sent tout simplement plus utile et plus en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 chez son propre employeur.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Les grandes entreprises, moteur d\u2019innovation.<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La force des grandes entreprises r\u00e9side dans la perception du progr\u00e8s. Elles dominent le classement sur le plan des nouvelles technologies (3,68) et de la qualit\u00e9 du management (3,66). Les grands acteurs sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 la fois comme les moteurs de l\u2019innovation et les champions de la gestion professionnelle.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>D\u00e9fis communs : l\u2019inclusivit\u00e9 et l\u2019impact.<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>On observe un consensus positif \u00e0 propos de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances : ce crit\u00e8re occupe le trio de t\u00eate dans les deux classements. L\u2019inclusivit\u00e9 au travail b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019un large soutien en Belgique. Les plus grands d\u00e9fis pour tous les employeurs restent toutefois la responsabilit\u00e9 soci\u00e9tale de l\u2019entreprise (RSE) et l\u2019offre de perspectives d\u2019\u00e9volution concr\u00e8tes, domaines qui affichent les scores les plus bas sur toute la ligne.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0En p\u00e9riode d\u2019incertitude, nous nous accrochons \u00e0 ce que nous connaissons : notre employeur actuel offre une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et un travail qui fait sens\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, souligne Aline Bernard, porte-parole de Randstad. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Mais pour mobiliser r\u00e9ellement les talents, un bon salaire ne suffit plus ; celui-ci est une exigence de base. Les entreprises qui veulent se d\u00e9marquer doivent aujourd\u2019hui investir dans un solide leadership et dans l\u2019innovation.
