Sans force de conviction, elle reste un simple divertissement. Lorsqu\u2019elle permet de mobiliser et de cr\u00e9er le mouvement, elle devient une arme redoutable. Et pour que \u00e7a fonctionne, il faut de la clairvoyance, la ma\u00eetrise de la rh\u00e9torique et \u2026l\u2019arrogance qui sied \u00e0 celles et ceux qui ne doutent de rien (ou presque). On vous explique pourquoi il est bon d\u2019afficher aujourd\u2019hui plus que de la simple confiance en soi\u2026<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Une course de vitesse, que \u00e7a nous plaise ou non.<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Plus vite pour r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 capturer un bon candidat. Plus vite pour assurer le payement des salaires au plus t\u00f4t avant la fin du mois. Plus vite pour offrir la promotion ou la revalorisation qui va permettre \u2013 provisoirement \u2013 d\u2019\u00e9viter la fuite d\u2019un talent rare\u2026 Plus vite. Toujours plus vite.<\/p>\n<p>Pour se pr\u00e9parer utilement \u00e0 cette course de vitesse qui est bel et bien enclench\u00e9e, il vaut mieux s\u2019appuyer sur de solides fondations, celles qui permettent de rester ma\u00eetre des horloges gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la puissance de nos propositions de valeurs.<br \/>\nCette force, que d\u2019aucuns identifie comme de l\u2019arrogance, est ce qui vous permet de r\u00e9sister \u00e0 la course effr\u00e9n\u00e9e contre le temps, celle-l\u00e0 m\u00eame qui nous pousse \u00e0 multiplier les erreurs de recrutement et autres d\u00e9cisions hasardeuses.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019ailleurs, ceux qui pr\u00e9tendent que le rapport de force entre les travailleurs\/candidats et les employeurs s\u2019est invers\u00e9 sont ceux qui n\u2019ont pas confiance dans la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019environnement et de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience qu\u2019ils proposent. Et qui n\u2019ont pas l\u2019arrogance n\u00e9cessaire pour affirmer que ce qu\u2019ils offrent n\u2019a aucun \u00e9quivalent sur le march\u00e9 du travail. Pourtant, c\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ce que veulent entendre \u2013 et vivre, par ailleurs \u2013 l\u2019ensemble de nos collaborateurs. Allez comprendre.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Notre rapport ambivalent \u00e0 la technologie<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Derri\u00e8re la plupart des outils innovants qui apparaissent chaque jour dans notre travail, il y a une double qu\u00eate d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et de domination. Une ambition (un peu idiote sans doute) de r\u00e9guler le cours des \u00e9v\u00e9nements. C\u2019est le fruit du double effet du progr\u00e8s technologique sur nos egos. Il les gonfle et les ab\u00eeme en m\u00eame temps.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019innovation, et la technologie donc, nous donne parfois la sensation de dominer le monde entier. Nous ne sommes plus alors dans l\u2019arrogance mais bien dans l\u2019illusion. R\u00e9cemment, sur le march\u00e9 du travail, nous avons pu lire la volont\u00e9 d\u2019acteurs majeurs en mati\u00e8re de services RH de garantir une rapidit\u00e9 et une flexibilit\u00e9 extr\u00eames gr\u00e2ce aux outils num\u00e9riques de derni\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.<br \/>\nC\u2019est important mais non d\u00e9cisif.<br \/>\nD\u00e8s qu\u2019il s\u2019agit de People Management, nos convictions ne peuvent reposer sur la technologie. Parce que d\u2019une part, celle-ci est par essence fragile et sera rapidement renouvel\u00e9e. Et que, d\u2019autre part, elle focalise l\u2019attention sur la m\u00e9thode plut\u00f4t que sur le contenu. Sur la forme plut\u00f4t que sur le fond. Elle nous permet de construire une confiance de surface, sans garantie de p\u00e9rennit\u00e9. L\u2019essentiel est ailleurs.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Pas de pardon pour le m\u00e9pris !<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Affirmer des convictions fortes, c\u2019est indispensable. C\u2019est aussi prendre un risque s\u00e9rieux. Parce qu&rsquo;il y aura des d\u00e9saccords et peut-\u00eatre m\u00eame des erreurs\u2026 Pas grave ! Les \u00e9quipes ne bl\u00e2ment pas les managers quand ils se trompent. Elles les d\u00e9testent quand ils les m\u00e9prisent.<\/p>\n<p>Plus important donc: il y aura z\u00e9ro adh\u00e9sion si nous n&rsquo;affirmons pas quelles sont nos priorit\u00e9s et perspectives. C\u2019est pourquoi il est n\u00e9cessaire de porter haut une exp\u00e9rience unique, une vision atteignable et un collectif qui partage quelques id\u00e9es enthousiasmantes. Sans laisser de place au doute. C\u2019est avant tout une question de d\u00e9termination et non d\u2019autorit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Voil\u00e0 donc pourquoi nous recommandons l\u2019arrogance, celle qui ne s\u2019exerce jamais aux d\u00e9pens d\u2019autrui. Elle diffuse une solide confiance en soi, difficile \u00e0 d\u00e9stabiliser.
