Pourtant, lorsque vient le temps de la d\u00e9couverte de la complexit\u00e9 administrative, des co\u00fbts de personnel cach\u00e9s, de la mauvaise foi et de l\u2019ingratitude des collaborateurs insatisfaits, tout peut se briser\u2026<br \/>\nPour conserver l\u2019\u00e9nergie primale, il nous faut un mod\u00e8le RH adapt\u00e9, qui privil\u00e9gie l\u2019inspiration, refuse les concepts obscurs et permet \u00e0 l\u2019entrepreneur de conserver un c\u0153ur intact. Alors, on met quoi dedans ?<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Ne pas pervertir l\u2019ambition initiale pour que les valeurs restent d\u00e9cisives.<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Nous sommes souvent frapp\u00e9s par la mani\u00e8re dont on approche l\u2019entreprise quand il s\u2019agit d\u2019expliquer son fonctionnement et, la plupart du temps, ses travers. Syst\u00e9matiquement, nous semblons oublier qu\u2019il y a toujours \u00e0 l\u2019origine les vell\u00e9it\u00e9s d\u2019une femme ou d\u2019un homme qui a opt\u00e9 pour la cr\u00e9ation de sa bo\u00eete et d\u00e9cid\u00e9 qu\u2019elle\/il n\u2019avait pas besoin qu\u2019on lui dise comment faire. Le moteur, c\u2019est la libert\u00e9, \u00e0 commencer par celle qui consiste \u00e0 \u00eatre soi-m\u00eame en toutes circonstances.<br \/>\nLe premier ingr\u00e9dient \u00e0 retrouver dans une approche RH d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019entrepreneuriat, c\u2019est donc la pr\u00e9servation \u00e0 tout prix de l\u2019ADN du\/des fondateur(s). Car il y a forc\u00e9ment un mod\u00e8le humain fond\u00e9 sur des valeurs simples, telles que le plaisir, la g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9, la simplicit\u00e9, l\u2019intelligence\u2026 Et celui-ci va se pervertir au fil du temps et des d\u00e9ceptions.<\/p>\n<p>Comment rester fid\u00e8le aux intentions de d\u00e9part ? La r\u00e9ponse est dans la communication r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, ce qui passe par un investissement sans faille dans la p\u00e9dagogie de contexte: expliquer sans rel\u00e2che pourquoi nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de proc\u00e9der comme ceci, et pas comme cela.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Ma\u00eetrise des risques et de la complexit\u00e9<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Autre param\u00e8tre qui rend la vie de l\u2019entrepreneur int\u00e9ressante : la gestion du risque. Il n\u2019y a pas de croissance sans cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un d\u00e9calage, ce qu\u2019on appelle la \u2018disruption\u2019 aujourd\u2019hui. Et malgr\u00e9 tout le soin que nous pouvons y apporter, chaque nouveau recrutement comporte bien des risques qu\u2019il faut pouvoir ma\u00eetriser.<br \/>\nAu fur et \u00e0 mesure que les effectifs grandissent ou se transforment, les petits secrets de la gestion du payroll, du droit social, des relations collectives, etc\u2026 s\u2019assimilent \u00e0 autant de contrari\u00e9t\u00e9s p\u00e9nibles ou \u00e0 des frustrations majeures. Sous couvert du poids de la r\u00e9glementation, tout devient lourd et les impasses sont nombreuses.<br \/>\nEn aucun cas, ce ne peut \u00eatre une fatalit\u00e9. La r\u00e9ponse, c\u2019est la data. La base d\u2019un mod\u00e8le RH adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019entrepreneuriat repose sur la qualit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es RH disponibles : il s\u2019agit sans aucun doute de la fondation pour des prises de d\u00e9cision rapides, pour une culture de l\u2019anticipation et la parfaite ma\u00eetrise des co\u00fbts associ\u00e9s au d\u00e9veloppement de nos \u00e9quipes.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Accepter le temps du changement en refusant les usines \u00e0 gaz<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Vient enfin la question de la vitesse et de l\u2019agilit\u00e9. Le changement, au m\u00eame titre que la libert\u00e9 et la prise de risque, est une pi\u00e8ce centrale du mod\u00e8le de l\u2019entrepreneur. L\u2019immobilisme rime avec ennui dans le meilleur des cas. Cela correspond parfois \u00e0 la disparition si nous n\u2019y prenons garde. D\u2019instinct, les vrais entrepreneurs ressentent cela. C\u2019est pourquoi transformer l\u2019organisation fait partie du quotidien. C\u2019est la normalit\u00e9. Et c\u2019est aussi ce qui explique souvent la tristesse de l\u2019entrepreneur face \u00e0 des coll\u00e8gues et des \u00e9quipes qui peinent \u00e0 embarquer dans une dynamique de changement.<\/p>\n<p>Or, un double effort permet de r\u00e9gler ce \u2018probl\u00e8me\u2019 r\u00e9current. D\u2019une part, il faut pr\u00e9voir que chaque travailleur ait le temps et la possibilit\u00e9 de s\u2019approprier le changement en passant par le \u2018do it yourself\u2019\u2026 Et d\u2019autre part, il s\u2019agit de fuir les syst\u00e8mes complexes, \u00e9patants sur le plan intellectuel et impraticables lorsque la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du terrain vient les percuter de plein fouet.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi lorsque les conditions d\u2019un mod\u00e8le simple &#8211; construit sur le respect de l\u2019ADN historique, sur des donn\u00e9es fiables et sur du changement pragmatique \u2013 sont remplies, tout devient possible.
