La demande en profils en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 continue d\u2019augmenter, alors m\u00eame que les employeurs rencontrent de plus en plus de difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 recruter les talents ad\u00e9quats. Dans le m\u00eame temps, la pr\u00e9sence des femmes dans les fonctions technologiques et num\u00e9riques reste limit\u00e9e. \u00c0 travers cette initiative, Womenpreneur et Axians Belgium entendent apporter une r\u00e9ponse concr\u00e8te \u00e0 cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9. En formant des femmes \u00e0 un secteur d\u2019avenir offrant de solides perspectives d\u2019emploi, ce partenariat vise \u00e0 contribuer \u00e0 une plus grande inclusion tout en r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 la p\u00e9nurie structurelle de profils qualifi\u00e9s en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 en Belgique.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Employabilit\u00e9 professionnelle<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le programme s\u2019adresse \u00e0 dix femmes motiv\u00e9es souhaitant se reconvertir ou se sp\u00e9cialiser davantage en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9. Toutes font le choix d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9 de s\u2019orienter vers un domaine strat\u00e9gique, sans toujours b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un acc\u00e8s \u00e9vident aux fonctions technologiques ou aux formations sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es. Les participantes d\u00e9veloppent des comp\u00e9tences en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle, en protection des infrastructures, en analyse et gestion des risques, ainsi qu\u2019en incident response, de la d\u00e9tection et la r\u00e9action jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la rem\u00e9diation. En mai, elles d\u00e9butent un stage de trois mois, qui leur permet de mettre en pratique leurs connaissances dans un environnement professionnel r\u00e9el tout en acqu\u00e9rant une exp\u00e9rience concr\u00e8te de terrain.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Inclusion et r\u00e9silience num\u00e9rique<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la combinaison d\u2019un apprentissage intensif et d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience pratique, les participantes renforcent leurs chances d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 un emploi durable dans le domaine de la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9. Chez Axians, nous soutenons ce programme \u00e0 travers notre vision de l\u2019inclusion, du d\u00e9veloppement des talents et de la responsabilit\u00e9 soci\u00e9tale. Nous lan\u00e7ons \u00e9galement un appel aux autres entreprises afin qu\u2019elles rejoignent l\u2019initiative, par exemple en proposant des stages ou une premi\u00e8re opportunit\u00e9 professionnelle dans des domaines tels que la gouvernance, la gestion des risques et la compliance. Ainsi, ce programme peut non seulement pr\u00e9parer de nouveaux talents, mais aussi contribuer au renforcement de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me belge de la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, d\u00e9clare Wilfried Houtput, Business Unit General Manager chez Axians Belgium.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0J\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 sinc\u00e8rement impressionn\u00e9 par la motivation, l\u2019enthousiasme et la reconnaissance des participantes. Le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences et la diversit\u00e9 des profils sont des leviers essentiels pour accompagner la transformation digitale et l\u2019\u00e9volution des m\u00e9tiers technologiques, y compris en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9.
