D\u2019apr\u00e8s le sp\u00e9cialiste du recrutement Robert Half, un foss\u00e9 crucial est en train de se creuser entre ceux qui utilisent l\u2019IA et ceux qui la comprennent r\u00e9ellement et l\u2019utilisent judicieusement.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Cette \u00e9volution est de plus en plus marqu\u00e9e dans les processus de recrutement. Les employeurs adaptent leurs attentes. Ainsi, 61% des hiring managers indiquent rechercher d\u2019autres comp\u00e9tences depuis l&rsquo;essor de l&rsquo;IA.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, 39% d\u2019entre eux recherchent activement des candidats ayant des connaissances en IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative, et 39% de ces professionnels sont \u00e9galement pr\u00eats \u00e0 offrir un salaire plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 pour d\u00e9nicher ces profils. Toutefois, cela ne signifie pas forc\u00e9ment que les candidats savent utiliser cette technologie de mani\u00e8re strat\u00e9gique ou critique.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Ce n\u2019est pas parce que l\u2019utilisation de l\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative augmente que tout le monde sait bien l\u2019utiliser\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> observe Solange Meunier, Director chez Robert Half. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous constatons une diff\u00e9rence marqu\u00e9e entre les candidats qui comprennent comment exploiter l\u2019IA, et ceux qui se contentent de faire confiance aux r\u00e9sultats qu\u2019elle g\u00e9n\u00e8re.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Utilisation ne veut pas dire expertise<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019IA est souvent per\u00e7ue comme un moyen de travailler plus rapidement ou d\u2019obtenir des r\u00e9sultats plus efficacement. Cependant, la rapidit\u00e9 ne va pas forc\u00e9ment de pair avec une meilleure qualit\u00e9 ou des analyses plus approfondies.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Aujourd\u2019hui, de nombreux candidats pr\u00e9sentent un CV impressionnant, mais ne parviennent pas toujours \u00e0 expliquer comment ils sont arriv\u00e9s \u00e0 ces performances\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique madame Meunier. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les employeurs \u00e9prouvent donc de plus en plus de difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00e9valuer les comp\u00e9tences r\u00e9elles des candidats.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Tirer son \u00e9pingle du jeu<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;utilisation de l&rsquo;IA n&rsquo;est donc plus un facteur de diff\u00e9renciation. Ce qui fait r\u00e9ellement la diff\u00e9rence, c\u2019est la mani\u00e8re dont une personne utilise cette technologie et sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 analyser de mani\u00e8re critique, \u00e0 adapter et \u00e0 traduire de fa\u00e7on critique les r\u00e9sultats g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par l\u2019IA dans la pratique.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les employeurs ne regardent pas que le r\u00e9sultat, mais se concentrent surtout sur le raisonnement sous-jacent\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, souligne Solange Meunier. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Comment arrive-t-on \u00e0 une conclusion\u2009? Quels choix sont faits\u2009? Et surtout, est-on capable de les justifier\u2009?\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>De ce fait, il va devenir n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019adopter une autre approche. Les entreprises qui introduisent l\u2019IA ne doivent pas seulement donner acc\u00e8s aux bons outils \u00e0 leurs collaborateurs, elles doivent aussi leur apprendre \u00e0 les utiliser de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie.
