L\u2019extension du dispositif \u00e0 tous les secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9s est logique dans la mesure o\u00f9 il permet de dynamiser le march\u00e9 du travail. Mais il comporte sa part de dangers aussi.<br \/>\nRisques de pr\u00e9carit\u00e9, impr\u00e9visibilit\u00e9 des horaires, faible niveau de s\u00e9curit\u00e9\u2026Ce que nous appelons l\u2019exp\u00e9rience collaborateur n\u2019est-elle pas r\u00e9duite \u00e0 sa plus simple expression lorsqu\u2019on adopte ce statut hyper flexible? Comment inscrire des profils temporaires dans un projet collectif? Et si les flexi-jobs \u00e9taient le signal d\u2019une transformation progressive vers un nouveau mod\u00e8le social? Quelques r\u00e9flexions \u00e0 partager, ici et maintenant.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Un mod\u00e8le qui convient aux deux parties<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Dans un monde construit sur l\u2019incertitude et l\u2019agressivit\u00e9 (\u00e7\u00e0d notre r\u00e9alit\u00e9 quotidienne), nous pourrions penser que la flexibilit\u00e9 extr\u00eame est la r\u00e9ponse de l\u2019entreprise \u00e0 l\u2019infid\u00e9lit\u00e9 de ses collaborateurs. Explication : puisque le d\u00e9fi de la r\u00e9tention est de plus en plus difficile \u00e0 relever, autant arr\u00eater de mettre des sparadraps sur des contrats de travail qui ne veulent plus dire grand-chose et privil\u00e9gier d\u00e9sormais des statuts qui sont de facto explicitement transitoires !<br \/>\nAjoutons un peu plus de nuance \u00e0 ce principe de \u2018r\u00e9ciprocit\u00e9\u2019 \u2026 Le mod\u00e8le des flexi-jobs n\u2019est pas le fruit d\u2019une qu\u00eate de profit maximal. C\u2019est un outil qui permet \u00e0 certains d\u2019allonger une carri\u00e8re qui se termine trop t\u00f4t, \u00e0 d\u2019autres d\u2019aller chercher des compl\u00e9ments de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration bien n\u00e9cessaires. Mais c\u2019est aussi un statut qui offre aux employeurs la possibilit\u00e9 de compter sur des travailleurs qui sont tout simplement et volontairement de passage et qui ne souhaitent pas rentrer dans une relation exclusive. Une r\u00e9ponse \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e \u00e0 un march\u00e9 du travail en constante mutation.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Quel sentiment d\u2019appartenance alors ?<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9mergence d\u00e9finitive des flexi-jobs nous donne l\u2019occasion de reposer les bases d\u2019une collaboration effective avec tous les statuts dits \u2018pr\u00e9caires\u2019, \u00e0 savoir l\u2019int\u00e9rim, le travail \u00e9tudiant, les coll\u00e8gues freelance et m\u00eame les contrats \u00e0 dur\u00e9e d\u00e9termin\u00e9e. Les principes du Total Workforce ne sont pas toujours bien ancr\u00e9s dans nos entreprises. Les diff\u00e9rences de statuts et de capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 se projeter subsistent, alors que nous voudrions que le sentiment d\u2019appartenance soit partag\u00e9 par chaque personne qui franchit les murs de son entreprise.<br \/>\nRetenons ceci : tous les travailleurs, peu importe leur statut individuel, font partie d\u2019une m\u00eame communaut\u00e9 &#8211; ou du m\u00eame \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me, choisissez le terme qui vous convient-. Lorsqu\u2019ils \/elles ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient pas de la m\u00eame attention, c\u2019est l\u2019\u00e9difice collectif qui vacille et ce pour une raison toute simple : bien avant le statut, il y a une personne et lorsque nous consid\u00e9rons chacun.e sur base de la nature administrative de son contrat, ce sont les valeurs humaines que nous mettons \u00e0 l\u2019arri\u00e8re-plan. Et c\u2019est inconcevable.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Une \u00e9tape transitoire avant d\u2019avoir trouv\u00e9 un nouveau format de collaboration en 3 dimensions<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Tous nos contrats de travail classique font r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la loi du 3 juillet 1978 qui r\u00e9git les droits et devoirs d\u2019une relation fond\u00e9e sur la relation d\u2019autorit\u00e9 reconnue \u00e0 l\u2019employeur. Rien ne vous choque?<br \/>\nLe monde du travail, il a chang\u00e9\u2026 Au fond, la \u2018l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9\u2019 du dispositif des flexi-jobs correspond bien mieux \u00e0 la nature du contrat entre l\u2019entreprise et ses collaborateurs, tel que nous pourrions le concevoir aujourd\u2019hui. La pierre angulaire du contrat de travail n\u2019est pas juridique et la collaboration ne se d\u00e9cr\u00e8te plus sur base d\u2019une relation de subordination en d\u00e9calage complet avec notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et nos apprentissages.<\/p>\n<p>Elle doit conjuguer d\u00e9sormais trois dimensions reli\u00e9es, sous la forme d\u2019un engagement mutuel \u00e0 renouveler sans cesse: la comp\u00e9tence, la contribution au collectif et l\u2019\u00e9nergie. Chacun.e d\u2019entre nous vient travailler avec cette triple envie de rejoindre un groupe, avec ses propres forces et savoirs, pour participer \u00e0 son petit niveau \u00e0 un projet sup\u00e9rieur. Avec quelles garanties ?
