Afin de s&rsquo;y conformer, les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s abandonnent des syst\u00e8mes h\u00e9rit\u00e9s fragment\u00e9s et utilisent Workday pour consolider leurs donn\u00e9es RH, r\u00e9duire les \u00e9carts de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et transformer la transparence salariale en avantage strat\u00e9gique.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Une pr\u00e9paration lacunaire fragilise la majorit\u00e9 des employeurs<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9volution vers une plus grande transparence salariale transforme la relation entre employeurs et employ\u00e9s. Pourtant, les \u00e9tudes montrent que toutes les entreprises ne sont pas pr\u00eates.
