C\u2019est ce qui ressort d\u2019une \u00e9tude internationale men\u00e9e par le Future of Work Research Lab aupr\u00e8s de 8.058 employ\u00e9s et dirigeants dans douze pays diff\u00e9rents.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>De l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de valeur<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Selon les chercheurs, le fait que l&rsquo;IA permette de gagner du temps ne fait pratiquement aucun doute. La question principale est de savoir ce que les organismes publics font ensuite de ce temps. En effet, les employ\u00e9s indiquent que l\u2019IA ne les am\u00e8ne pas automatiquement \u00e0 travailler davantage ni \u00e0 devenir plus productifs. Toutefois, 44 \u00e0 46% des employ\u00e9s consid\u00e8rent le temps ainsi lib\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une opportunit\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences. De plus, une majorit\u00e9 ne consid\u00e8re pas ce temps comme un avantage personnel, mais comme quelque chose qui doit profiter \u00e0 l\u2019organisme public. \u200b<\/p>\n<p>Selon les chercheurs, le d\u00e9bat s\u2019oriente ainsi de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 vers la cr\u00e9ation de valeur. Le principal gain ne r\u00e9side peut-\u00eatre pas dans une r\u00e9duction de la charge de travail, mais dans un travail de meilleure qualit\u00e9 : davantage de temps consacr\u00e9 aux dossiers complexes, aux services, \u00e0 la collaboration et aux t\u00e2ches o\u00f9 le jugement humain reste essentiel.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>La confiance est la cl\u00e9 du succ\u00e8s de l&rsquo;IA<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude montre \u00e9galement que la confiance est une condition essentielle \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite de l&rsquo;adoption de l&rsquo;IA. \u00c0 l&rsquo;heure actuelle, 22% des employ\u00e9s du secteur public ont pleinement confiance dans la mani\u00e8re dont leur employeur utilise l&rsquo;IA. Parmi les employ\u00e9s de premi\u00e8re ligne, ce pourcentage s&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 14%. Cela montre \u00e0 quel point les organismes publics ont encore la possibilit\u00e9 de renforcer activement cette confiance.<\/p>\n<p>La transparence joue ici un r\u00f4le majeur. Lorsque les organisations expliquent clairement comment l\u2019IA est utilis\u00e9e, quels choix sont faits dans ce cadre et quel r\u00f4le les employ\u00e9s continuent de jouer, les chances que les personnes adh\u00e8rent \u00e0 l\u2019IA augmentent.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Le leadership sous pression<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;IA ne transforme pas seulement les processus de travail, mais aussi la relation entre les employ\u00e9s et leurs sup\u00e9rieurs. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s s&rsquo;attendent \u00e0 ce que leurs sup\u00e9rieurs leur accordent moins d&rsquo;attention lorsque l&rsquo;IA jouera un r\u00f4le plus important sur le lieu de travail. Pr\u00e8s de 60% pensent m\u00eame que le respect envers les sup\u00e9rieurs s&rsquo;en trouvera diminu\u00e9. \u200b<\/p>\n<p>Les managers voient les choses diff\u00e9remment. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 d\u2019entre eux affirment que l\u2019IA all\u00e8ge leur charge de travail et 80% s\u2019attendent \u00e0 disposer de plus de temps pour des t\u00e2ches \u00e0 plus forte valeur ajout\u00e9e. Selon les chercheurs, cela n\u00e9cessite un leadership actif. Si les managers pr\u00e9sentent principalement l\u2019IA comme un outil d\u2019efficacit\u00e9, la distance avec les collaborateurs s\u2019accro\u00eet. En revanche, s\u2019ils utilisent l\u2019IA pour mieux accompagner, communiquer plus clairement et consacrer davantage de temps au travail de fond, cette technologie peut au contraire contribuer \u00e0 renforcer le leadership.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Un nouveau r\u00f4le strat\u00e9gique pour les RH<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude SAP met \u00e9galement en \u00e9vidence l&rsquo;\u00e9volution du r\u00f4le des DRH et des directeurs des ressources humaines dans le secteur public. Alors que les RH jouaient traditionnellement un r\u00f4le essentiellement de soutien, le service se voit confier de plus en plus de responsabilit\u00e9s pour faire le lien entre la strat\u00e9gie RH, la gouvernance, la gestion du changement et la politique en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;IA. \u200b<\/p>\n<p>Ce r\u00f4le gagne en importance \u00e0 mesure que l\u2019IA s\u2019int\u00e8gre de plus en plus profond\u00e9ment dans les processus de travail quotidiens. Les RH peuvent aider \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer quelles t\u00e2ches se pr\u00eatent \u00e0 l\u2019assistance de l\u2019IA, quelles comp\u00e9tences les collaborateurs doivent acqu\u00e9rir et comment les organisations peuvent instaurer la confiance tout au long de cette transition. \u200b<\/p>\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement, les organismes publics doivent composer avec de nouvelles r\u00e9glementations europ\u00e9ennes en mati\u00e8re d\u2019IA. \u00c0 partir d\u2019ao\u00fbt 2026, des exigences plus strictes s\u2019appliqueront aux syst\u00e8mes d\u2019IA ayant un impact sur les collaborateurs ou les citoyens. Citons notamment les r\u00e8gles relatives \u00e0 la transparence, \u00e0 la vie priv\u00e9e et \u00e0 la supervision humaine. Les organismes publics doivent donc non seulement d\u00e9terminer ce que l\u2019IA peut prendre en charge ou faciliter, mais aussi comment ils utilisent cette technologie de mani\u00e8re responsable. \u200b<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Le d\u00e9bat sur l\u2019IA porte souvent sur l\u2019efficacit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique Bart Van der Biest, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de SAP Benelux. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Mais travailler plus efficacement n\u2019est pas une fin en soi, surtout pas pour les pouvoirs publics. La v\u00e9ritable question est de savoir ce que les organisations font du temps que l\u2019IA leur fait gagner.
