L\u2019Institut a consid\u00e9r\u00e9 ces agissements comme constitutifs de harc\u00e8lement moral et sexuel, ainsi que de discrimination.<\/p>\n<p>Les comportements d\u00e9nonc\u00e9s incluaient notamment des propos d\u00e9nigrants, des gestes d\u00e9plac\u00e9s et des propos \u00e0 caract\u00e8re discriminatoire. Les collaborateur\u00b7rice\u00b7s concern\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s ont introduit une proc\u00e9dure judiciaire, avec le soutien de l\u2019Institut, contre l\u2019\u00e9tablissement hospitalier pour obtenir des dommages et int\u00e9r\u00eats.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Solution n\u00e9goci\u00e9e<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019issue d\u2019une m\u00e9diation volontaire, l\u2019institution a reconnu l\u2019existence de d\u00e9faillances organisationnelles dans la gestion interne de la situation. Un accord confidentiel a pu \u00eatre conclu entre les requ\u00e9rants, l\u2019\u00e9tablissement hospitalier et l\u2019Institut.<\/p>\n<p>La direction s\u2019est en outre engag\u00e9e \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre un ensemble de mesures structurelles visant \u00e0 garantir le bien-\u00eatre des collaborateur\u00b7rice\u00b7s et \u00e0 renforcer la pr\u00e9vention.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Un pas vers une meilleure pr\u00e9vention<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Cet accord permet aux parties de clore sereinement ce dossier tout en contribuant \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des proc\u00e9dures internes. Pour Michel Pasteel, directeur de l\u2019Institut pour l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des femmes et des hommes : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Cet accord marque une avanc\u00e9e concr\u00e8te contre le harc\u00e8lement en milieu hospitalier.
