Les entreprises qui \u00e9voluent dans un environnement \u2018extr\u00eame\u2019 peuvent-elles nous livrer des enseignements de nature \u00e0 pousser plus loin le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre et les m\u00e9thodes de nos d\u00e9partements RH ? La grille de lecture simple que nous allons d\u00e9ployer ensemble comporte trois options qui nous aideront \u00e0 identifier le caract\u00e8re \u2018extr\u00eame\u2019 des pratiques et strat\u00e9gies People que nous allons partager. Consid\u00e9rons donc des entreprises dont les m\u00e9tiers comportent une dimension exceptionnelle, puis des entreprises qui traversent des p\u00e9riodes de turbulence ou de croissance formidables, et enfin des entreprises pilot\u00e9es par des patrons pr\u00e9sentant des profils r\u00e9solument particuliers.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Des entreprises \u2018diff\u00e9rentes\u2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Certains m\u00e9tiers et certains domaines d\u2019activit\u00e9 ne vont pas de pair avec la normalit\u00e9. Les syst\u00e8mes classiques, proc\u00e9dures et processus en vigueur dans la majorit\u00e9 des organisations, ne s\u2019adaptent pas toujours \u00e0 des entreprises qui ont un fonctionnement sp\u00e9cifique. Est-il pertinent de pr\u00e9voir une gestion des horaires et des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations traditionnelle lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit de servir des clients en dehors des heures de travail habituelles ? En effet, la crise nous oblige \u00e0 aller \u00e0 l\u2019essentiel. Que ce soit dans une phase de croissance acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e ou dans une situation de mise en p\u00e9ril des activit\u00e9s, pas de place aux atermoiements. Il faut aller vite et bien, droit au but. Puis, s\u2019arr\u00eater un instant et oser remettre en question les pratiques historiques qu\u2019un nouvel \u00e9quilibre aura rendu obsol\u00e8tes\u2026<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Des leaders hors du commun<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ils sont assez peu nombreux mais \u00f4 combien visibles d\u00e9sormais dans les cercles d\u2019affaires et plateformes de partage des exp\u00e9riences en mati\u00e8re de gestion.
