Oui, l&rsquo;individualisation de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration est possible. Oui, elle b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie tant au collaborateur qu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;entreprise.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration flexible constitue pour de plus en plus de travailleurs un facteur d\u00e9terminant dans le choix d&rsquo;un emploi. Pourtant, nos entreprises sont peu nombreuses \u00e0 offrir cette possibilit\u00e9. Selon une enqu\u00eate r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par SDWorx, la demande de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration flexible est huit fois plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que l&rsquo;offre. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Bien que 64,6 % des travailleurs belges souhaitent d\u00e9terminer eux-m\u00eames la composition de leur package salarial, seuls 7,4 % des entreprises belges offrent cette possibilit\u00e9. Sur l&rsquo;ensemble du budget disponible que le travailleur peut allouer lui-m\u00eame dans son package salarial, 59 % sont consacr\u00e9s \u00e0 une voiture de soci\u00e9t\u00e9, qui constitue de loin l&rsquo;option la plus appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e. Viennent ensuite le paiement en liquide (14 %) et les jours de cong\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaires (8 %).\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate remarque \u00e9galement que <em>\u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;engouement pour les voitures de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 n&rsquo;\u00e9tonnera personne. La diff\u00e9rence par rapport aux autres avantages est toutefois marqu\u00e9e. Compl\u00e8tent \u00e9galement la liste : Les options sur actions (8 %), le budget carburant (3 %), l&rsquo;\u00e9pargne-pension (2,5 %), les allocations familiales suppl\u00e9mentaires (2 %) et des appareils tels que des smartphones, des tablettes ou des ordinateurs portables (1,5 %).\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;individualisation croissante du travailleur, la lutte pour attirer les talents et les conserver ainsi que la volont\u00e9 d&rsquo;entreprendre durablement ne sont que quelques-unes des raisons qui expliquent la demande croissante de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration flexible. Un jeune travailleur ayant des enfants et n&rsquo;habitant pas en ville choisira par exemple une plus petite voiture de leasing et davantage de jours de cong\u00e9. Un jeune dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 c\u00e9libataire habitant en ville se contentera peut-\u00eatre, lui, d&rsquo;un abonnement aux transports en commun et voudra disposer de davantage de liquidit\u00e9s \u00e0 la fin du mois, tandis qu&rsquo;un travailleur plus \u00e2g\u00e9 optera pour une \u00e9pargne-pension individuelle et une plus grande voiture de leasing.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Les crit\u00e8res significatifs: \u00e2ge et sexe<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cette nouvelle enqu\u00eate a tent\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer l&rsquo;importance de l&rsquo;\u00e2ge et du sexe sur la mani\u00e8re de composer le package de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration: \u00ab\u00a0<em>Le budget dont disposent les travailleurs pour compl\u00e9ter librement leur r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration s&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ve en moyenne \u00e0 1 650 euros. Les femmes choisissent significativement plus souvent que les hommes (6,41 %) des jours de cong\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaires (et y consacrent quelque 10,86 % de leur budget). De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les hommes optent plus souvent pour des avantages purement financiers comme un paiement en liquide (14,3 % du budget, par rapport \u00e0 12,5 % chez les femmes) et des options sur actions (8,17 % du budget, par rapport \u00e0 6,75 % chez les femmes).<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Toutes cat\u00e9gories d&rsquo;\u00e2ge confondues, la voiture de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie de la part de budget la plus importante. Les collaborateurs \u00e2g\u00e9s de 25 \u00e0 30 ans enregistrent le pourcentage le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 : ils consacrent pr\u00e8s de 67 % de leur budget \u00e0 une voiture de soci\u00e9t\u00e9, tandis que les jeunes d\u00e9butants (travailleurs de moins de 25 ans) enregistrent le pourcentage le moins \u00e9lev\u00e9 : \u00e0 peine 44,6 %. Les jeunes d\u00e9butants sont ceux qui consacrent les pourcentages les<\/em><br \/>\n<em> plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s \u00e0 des jours de cong\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaires (9,89 % de leur budget), \u00e0 une \u00e9pargne-pension (12,17 %) et \u00e0 des appareils tels que des smartphones ou des tablettes (4,52 %). En toute logique, le choix de l&rsquo;\u00e9pargne-pension se fait plus rare \u00e0 mesure que le travailleur prend de l&rsquo;\u00e2ge. Chez les plus de 50 ans, l&rsquo;\u00e9pargne-pension ne constitue plus que 1,7 % du budget.
