Par contre, les horaires et l&rsquo;organisation journali\u00e8re doivent r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 de nouveaux imp\u00e9ratifs. Exemple flagrant: les micro-pauses que les millenials s&rsquo;accordent \u00e0 de (tr\u00e8s) nombreuses reprises au cours de la journ\u00e9e.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Le concept du &lsquo;micro-leisure&rsquo;, que nous pourrons traduire par &lsquo;micro-pause&rsquo; s&rsquo;est install\u00e9 dans la journ\u00e9e de travail des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations qui sont entr\u00e9es ou sont sur le point d&rsquo;entrer sur le march\u00e9 du travail. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une cons\u00e9quence de l&rsquo;estompement des fronti\u00e8res entre vie priv\u00e9e et vie professionnelle et du rapport &lsquo;complexe&rsquo; des travailleurs aujourd&rsquo;hui avec l&rsquo;hyperconnexion: comment optimiser mon plaisir et mon bien-\u00eatre tout en g\u00e9rant le sentiment de culpabilit\u00e9 vis-\u00e0-vis de cette addiction qui pourrait me d\u00e9tourner des missions que mon entreprise m&rsquo;a assign\u00e9es. Toutes les activit\u00e9s (professionnelles et loisirs donc) sont plus morcel\u00e9es, l\u2019attention \u00e9galement m\u00eame si elle se d\u00e9ploie au del\u00e0 des horaires normaux : travail le soir, la nuit, les jeunes sont capables de bosser de n\u2019importe o\u00f9 et n\u2019importe quand.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Comment agir en tant qu&rsquo;organisation?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Un mot d&rsquo;ordre visiblement: cultiver le plaisir \u00e0 venir travailler (et \u00e9viter bien entendu toute forme de culpabilisation). Comme le souligne l&rsquo;\u00e9tude publi\u00e9e par l&rsquo;agence britannique MRY, \u00a0\u00ab\u00a0<em>bloquer l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux r\u00e9seaux sociaux pour les salari\u00e9s appara\u00eet \u00e9videmment compl\u00e8tement ubuesque. Au contraire, les entreprises auront tout int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des r\u00e9seaux sociaux internes qui fonctionnent sur le m\u00eame registre de partage de l\u2019information et de travail collaboratif.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nos entreprises peuvent \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9vidence aller bien au-del\u00e0 de la mise \u00e0 disposition d&rsquo;un outil collaboratif. Parmi les pistes les plus souvent cit\u00e9es, relevons l&rsquo;arr\u00eat des horaires de travail fixes, la fourniture des outils de communication adapt\u00e9es (du BYOD au CYOD &#8211; Choose your own device), la cr\u00e9ation de plages destin\u00e9es \u00e0 travailler sur des projets personnels ou encore la facilitation de l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des services personnels.<\/p>\n<p>Plus loin encore, il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer davantage dans son fonctionnement l&rsquo;usage du smartphone qui constitue actuellement le principal outil de &lsquo;distraction&rsquo; des collaborateurs. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Plus de 60% des millenials (sur un panel de 820 personnes interrog\u00e9es dans le cadre de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude susmentionn\u00e9e) affirment en effet ne pas \u00eatre en mesure de d\u00e9crocher de leur fid\u00e8le compagnon et 48% d&rsquo;entre eux s&rsquo;inqui\u00e8tent de l&rsquo;impact de cette addiction sur leur productivit\u00e9.
