Cette formation est entretemps devenue la formation ouverte la plus suivie de l\u2019Institut. Explications en compagnie de Genevi\u00e8ve Louyest, chef de projet au sein de l&rsquo;IFA.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>La formation e-learning de l\u2019IFA <em><strong>\u2018Le bien-\u00eatre au travail\u2019<\/strong><\/em> a pour objectif de rendre accessibles la th\u00e9orie et la l\u00e9gislation gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une formation pratique et conviviale. La formation doit sans aucun doute son succ\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019approche pratique et pertinente du sujet.<br \/>\nLa l\u00e9gislation la plus r\u00e9cente sur le bien-\u00eatre au travail date de 2014. Et cette l\u00e9gislation ne se lit pas vraiment comme un roman. La loi couvre les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants:<br \/>\n\u2022 les r\u00f4les des diff\u00e9rentes parties prenantes<br \/>\n\u2022 les proc\u00e9dures pour \u00e9viter les risques, les \u00e9valuer<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00e9tablir des mesures de protection collective<br \/>\n\u2022 adapter le travail \u00e0 l\u2019homme<br \/>\n\u2022 les diff\u00e9rents facteurs relatifs aux conditions de travail, parmi lesquels la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la sant\u00e9, les aspects psycho-sociaux et l\u2019ergonomie.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9fi pour le chef de projet de l\u2019IFA, Genevi\u00e8ve Louyest : extraire de la l\u00e9gislation ce qui est pertinent et pratique pour chaque collaborateur. C\u2019\u00e9tait aussi la demande des directeurs d\u2019encadrement qui voulaient un outil simple pour le bien-\u00eatre de tous les fonctionnaires, avec, par exemple, de bonnes pratiques pour \u00e9viter le stress au travail, \u2026.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la collaboration de divers partenaires (r\u00e9seau Previus, cellule bien-\u00eatre du SPF P&amp;O, Empreva du SPF Sant\u00e9 publique et le SPF Emploi, DG humanisation du travail), la formation couvre la plupart des aspects du bien-\u00eatre : ergonomie, sant\u00e9, s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et risques psychosociaux.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>R\u00e9soudre soi-m\u00eame le probl\u00e8me ?<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nLa diversit\u00e9 de la formation fait aussi sa force : les fonctionnaires peuvent suivre chaque module s\u00e9par\u00e9ment, sans s\u2019inscrire \u00e0 l\u2019avance. Au cours de la formation, ils apprennent \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre les risques et les probl\u00e8mes, et comment les g\u00e9rer. Il y a pour cela deux mani\u00e8res : r\u00e9soudre soi-m\u00eame le probl\u00e8me, mais aussi s\u2019adresser aux bonnes personnes pour analyser le probl\u00e8me ensemble.<br \/>\nComme l&rsquo;indique Genevi\u00e8ve Louyest: \u00ab\u00a0<em>Dans la formation, nous insistons sur le fait que vous ne pouvez et ne devez certainement pas r\u00e9soudre tout par vous-m\u00eame. Certaines situations sont trop compliqu\u00e9es ou trop d\u00e9licates, et alors vous devez demander de l\u2019aide. Ce n\u2019est pas un signe de faiblesse, mais un signe de vigilance ! En r\u00e9agissant de mani\u00e8re ad\u00e9quate, il est d\u00e9j\u00e0 possible d\u2019\u00e9viter beaucoup de probl\u00e8mes. C\u2019est pourquoi dans la formation nous expliquons tr\u00e8s clairement les r\u00f4les de toutes les parties prenantes et nous proposons aussi des points de reconnaissance pour tirer la sonnette d\u2019alarme. Nous remarquons en effet que beaucoup de travailleurs ont du mal \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre dans leur propre comportement des signaux de risque. Souvent, les travailleurs vont trop loin, ce qui, par exemple, augmente le risque de burn-out. Donc, plus nous pourrons sensibiliser de fonctionnaires gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette formation, mieux ce sera !\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>E-learning: travailler en toute libert\u00e9 \u00e0 votre bien-\u00eatre<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nLe choix de l\u2019e-learning a \u00e9t\u00e9 pos\u00e9 tr\u00e8s rapidement:\u00a0<em>\u201cAvec l\u2019e-learning on peut atteindre rapidement de nombreuses personnes, le fonctionnaire peut choisir lui-m\u00eame o\u00f9 et quand il suivra la formation, et s\u2019il veut compl\u00e9ter sa formation par la suite, c\u2019est possible \u00e9galement.
