Dans la foul\u00e9e, nous pouvions \u00e9galement nous interroger quant \u00e0 la concurrence que repr\u00e9sente l\u2019entrepreneuriat pour les recruteurs de nos entreprises lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit d&rsquo;identifier de nouveaux talents&#8230; Tentative de r\u00e9ponse et partage d\u2019exp\u00e9rience en compagnie de Laurent Delime, HR Supervisor et Partner chez EASI (extraits).<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>EASI est une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 informatique qui compte aujourd\u2019hui 140 collaborateurs. Elue au rang de \u2018Best Workplace 2015\u2019 pour les entreprises de moins de 500 personnes, elle b\u00e9n\u00e9fice r\u00e9cemment d\u2019une belle notori\u00e9t\u00e9 qui lui permet d\u2019appr\u00e9hender sereinement les probl\u00e9matiques de recrutement sur un secteur hyper concurrentiel\u2026 Laurent Delime explique:<em> \u00ab\u00a0Le secteur informatique me semble \u00eatre encore plus touch\u00e9 par cette pouss\u00e9e vers l\u2019entrepreneuriat. En effet j&rsquo;ai le sentiment que la formation de base donne acc\u00e8s directement \u00e0 une autonomie. Avec la transformation de l&rsquo;informatique vers le Mobile, beaucoup de jeunes se lancent dans le d\u00e9veloppement Mobile chez eux. Ils n&rsquo;ont besoin de rien pour commencer \u00e0 part ce qu&rsquo;ils ont appris durant leurs \u00e9tudes et leur cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 des \u00e9l\u00e9ments propres au secteur, il y a aussi des \u00e9volutions soci\u00e9tales. Laurent Delime acquiesce : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Ce \u00e0 quoi il est par contre plus compliqu\u00e9 de r\u00e9pondre, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;esprit d&rsquo;ind\u00e9pendance et de libert\u00e9 que recherchent certaines personnes. De plus en plus de jeunes veulent travailler quand \u00e7a leur pla\u00eet, de midi \u00e0 minuit s&rsquo;ils le veulent.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Passage \u00e0 l\u2019actionnariat<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bien entendu, ce sont les r\u00e9ponses que nos entreprises peuvent apporter \u00e0 ces tendances bien r\u00e9elles qui importent. Dans le cas de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 EASI, la double logique de flexibilit\u00e9 et d\u2019intrapreneuriat est mise en \u0153uvre voire pouss\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019extr\u00eame afin de mettre en coh\u00e9rence les besoins de l\u2019organisation et les attentes de profils tr\u00e8s sensibles \u00e0 la possibilit\u00e9 de prendre l\u2019initiative.<\/p>\n<p>Comme nous l\u2019explique Laurent Delime, l\u2019alchimie entre le collaborateur et l\u2019entreprise ne va pas se cr\u00e9er naturellement : \u00ab\u00a0<em>EASI permet \u00e0 ses collaborateurs sur base de conditions d&rsquo;anciennet\u00e9, d&rsquo;engagement et de valeurs, de devenir actionnaire. Le mod\u00e8le pla\u00eet \u00e0 certaines personnes qui aiment ce statut d\u2019employ\u00e9\/entrepreneur avec les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de pouvoir \u00eatre soulag\u00e9s des aspects administratifs tout en ayant la possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00eatre plus investi dans les d\u00e9cisions strat\u00e9giques d&rsquo;une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 mais \u00e9galement de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d&rsquo;un autre mod\u00e8le de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration.\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019actionnariat au sein de EASI est ouvert aux managers et aux employ\u00e9s et s\u2019est impos\u00e9 comme un \u00e9l\u00e9ment important dans le mod\u00e8le de fonctionnement de l\u2019entreprise. Actuellement, il y a vingt partenaires au sein de l\u2019effectif et une dizaine d\u2019actionnaires suppl\u00e9mentaires les rejoindront dans le courant de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2016. <em>\u00ab La prise de participation est con\u00e7ue comme une concr\u00e9tisation de l\u2019engagement et de l\u2019implication long terme.\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Touche-\u00e0-tout<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, le travail en mode projet, cultiv\u00e9 depuis la cr\u00e9ation de l\u2019entreprise il y a une quinzaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es, permet de r\u00e9pondre aux aspirations des collaborateurs\u2026 et aux besoins des clients ! Et Laurent Delime de reprendre :\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0<em>Il s\u2019agit de trouver des profils complets, susceptibles de prester \u00e0 la fois sur le plan technique et sur le plan relationnel. Nous voulons trouver des touche-\u00e0-tout, des personnes qui tiennent \u00e0 \u00e9viter le cloisonnement. Nous avons recrut\u00e9 30 nouveaux collaborateurs au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e et pr\u00e9voyons d\u2019accueillir entre 70 et 80 coll\u00e8gues dans les 12 prochains mois. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Compte tenu du volume de postes \u00e0 pourvoir et de la sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 des profils recherch\u00e9s, le statut freelance pourrait \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 parmi les options de recrutement. Une solution rapide mais qui pr\u00e9sente quelques inconv\u00e9nients\u2026 <em>\u00abLa collaboration freelance est trop court terme \u00e0 nos yeux. Nous avons la volont\u00e9 d\u2019investir dans la formation et l\u2019\u00e9volution de la personne. Pour les collaborateurs qui ont cet esprit d\u2019ind\u00e9pendance, \u00e0 nous d\u2019offrir des challenges, de la croissance et une culture d\u2019entreprise qui donne des facilit\u00e9s.
