Les enseignements d&rsquo;une \u00e9tude Citrix\/Ifop r\u00e9alis\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de jeunes \u00e9tudiants fran\u00e7ais de 18 \u00e0 35 ans au sujet de leurs futurs espaces de travail.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Premi\u00e8re conclusion: le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail n\u2019est pas la panac\u00e9e pour les jeunes! Ainsi, pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des jeunes, toutes professions confondues, se voient travailler dans un bureau.<br \/>\nLes r\u00e9sultats montrent par ailleurs que les open-space ont encore de beaux jours devant eux. Pr\u00e8s de 60% des \u00e9tudiants imaginent que leur travail se d\u00e9roulera dans un espace collectif, partag\u00e9 avec d\u2019autres coll\u00e8gues. Les solutions innovantes, comme le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail ou le coworking (espace de travail lou\u00e9 par plusieurs personnes) ne semblent donc pas encore \u00eatre vraiment consid\u00e9r\u00e9es par les jeunes. L\u2019\u00e9tude, r\u00e9v\u00e8le par ailleurs que les \u00e9tudiants souhaiteraient \u00e9voluer dans un cadre de travail adaptable. Pour concilier vie priv\u00e9e et vie professionnelle, pr\u00e8s des deux tiers des \u00e9tudiants (65%) voudraient avoir des horaires flexibles.<\/p>\n<p>Autre chiffre int\u00e9ressant: ils sont 43% \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer que la distance travail-domicile est une pr\u00e9occupation majeure. Pour y rem\u00e9dier, la flexibilit\u00e9 appara\u00eet l\u00e0 encore pouvoir \u00eatre une r\u00e9ponse. En ce sens, un tiers des \u00e9tudiants esp\u00e8rent pouvoir b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de technologies de pointe et 29 % d\u2019outils leur permettant de travailler en situation de mobilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ordinateur portable arrive en t\u00eate des outils incontournables dont les \u00e9tudiants souhaiteraient avoir en priorit\u00e9 (58%). D\u2019autres chiffres viennent renforcer la tendance croissante du BYOD (\u00abBring Your Own Device\u00bb). Par exemple, les trois-quarts des \u00e9tudiants souhaitent utiliser leur smartphone personnel. C\u2019est d\u2019ailleurs, selon l\u2019\u00e9tude, le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone qui arrive en t\u00eate des objets incontournables \u00e0 apporter au travail, devant le carnet de notes (58%) et l\u2019agenda papier (44%).<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Un loft lumineux avec cuisine, svp !<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour les jeunes, le bureau doit rester un lieu agr\u00e9able o\u00f9 l\u2019on se sent bien. La moiti\u00e9 des \u00e9tudiants interrog\u00e9s souhaitent donc y retrouver des espaces de d\u00e9tente, et pr\u00e8s d\u2019un tiers esp\u00e8rent disposer d&rsquo;espaces verts. Par ailleurs, pouvoir se restaurer sur place reste une pr\u00e9occupation importante puisque 41% disent vouloir avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une cantine. En termes de locaux, les \u00e9tudiants se projettent en majorit\u00e9 dans des environnements professionnels contemporains et confortables.
