Vous avez r\u00eav\u00e9 d’une ‘paperless company’? Oubliez cela! Selon une enqu\u00eate r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par l’AIIM, 20% seulement des entreprises parviennent actuellement \u00e0 travailler sans papier…<\/h1>\n

Ce sont les fabricants d’imprimante (et de consommables surtout !) qui peuvent se r\u00e9jouir. Malgr\u00e9 les pr\u00e9dictions, le papier conserve une position pr\u00e9f\u00e9rentielle au sein de nos entreprises. Comme le rapporte la plateforme Datanews, \u00ab\u00a0il y a quarante ans, la revue am\u00e9ricaine Business Week pr\u00e9voyait le bureau sans papier. Hier a eu lieu le World Paper Free Day 2015 et \u00e0 cette occasion, l’AIIM (Association for Information and Image Management) a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats d’une enqu\u00eate: m\u00eame pas un cinqui\u00e8me (17 pour cent) des entreprises fonctionnent sans papiers.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n

Selon l’enqu\u00eate, il existe plusieurs raisons pour lesquelles le papier restera le support n\u00b01 aux yeux des travailleurs.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Plus de la moiti\u00e9 (56%) des organisations examin\u00e9es pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent des contrats, des bons de commande et des formulaires de r\u00e9servation en papier.\u00a040% d’entre elles ont besoin de documents de valeur en sign\u00e9s et conserv\u00e9s en lieu s\u00fbr.\u00a0Quatre organisations sur dix environ (39%) enfin ne connaissent pas les possibilit\u00e9s d’un fonctionnement sans papier.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n

Malgr\u00e9 l’impact n\u00e9gatif du papier sur la productivit\u00e9, l’acc\u00e8s multiple \u00e0 l’information ainsi que sur les probl\u00e9matique de compliance, les travailleurs de la connaissance aime travailler avec des supports imprim\u00e9s. Une question g\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelle? Pas vraiment puisque nous n’observons pas de tendance significative malgr\u00e9 la mont\u00e9e en puissance du digital dans nos entreprises. C’est \u00e0 la multiplication des supports que nous assistons. La force de l’habitude sans doute…<\/p>\n
