Cette \u00e9volution requiert des changements fondamentaux dans la mani\u00e8re dont les directeurs RH red\u00e9finissent leur politique de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et d\u2019avantages sociaux pour attirer et retenir les talents.<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0M\u00eame si le salaire rev\u00eat toujours une \u00e9norme importance, les \u00e9l\u00e9ments non mon\u00e9taires comme la flexibilit\u00e9 des horaires, les avantages permettant de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins li\u00e9s aux nouvelles \u00e9tapes de la vie (comme l\u2019arriv\u00e9e d\u2019un b\u00e9b\u00e9, par exemple), la formation et le d\u00e9veloppement, la consid\u00e9ration sont devenus des facteurs d\u00e9cisifs dans l\u2019offre d\u2019emploi et la r\u00e9tention des employ\u00e9s. Les avantages non mon\u00e9taires ont connu des p\u00e9riodes de succ\u00e8s croissant ou d\u00e9croissant, mais l\u2019ampleur prise r\u00e9cemment sugg\u00e8re que la tendance est d\u00e9sormais irr\u00e9versible\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, souligne David Plink, CEO du Top Employers Institute.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que de nombreuses entreprises \u00e9prouvent encore des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 passer d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de compensation principalement mon\u00e9taire \u00e0 une approche plus individuelle et holistique pour r\u00e9tribuer leurs employ\u00e9s, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que la plupart des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations gagnant en importance \u00a0sont difficiles \u00e0 quantifier. Les professionnels RH sont ici confront\u00e9s au d\u00e9fi de trouver des moyens de d\u00e9montrer la valeur de r\u00e9tributions g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement non quantifiables (voir \u00e0 ce sujet notre dossier Peoplesphere n\u00b0194 &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.peoplesphere.be\/fr\/psfr194\/\">Reward &amp; Communication<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude montre \u00e9galement que le talent devient \u00e0 nouveau mobile. Comparativement aux ann\u00e9es qui ont suivi la r\u00e9cession \u00e9conomique de 2008, les employ\u00e9s d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui accordent relativement moins d\u2019importance \u00e0 la stabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi.\u00a0Les plateformes sociales et num\u00e9riques accentuent la transparence autour des employeurs.
