Selon une enqu\u00eate r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par un acteur digital du march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi aupr\u00e8s de 760 responsables RH en Belgique et aux Pays-Bas, le mobile est au centre d\u2019un imbroglio dans le secteur RH. Comment en sortir? Tout simplement en utilisant les technologies disponibles \u00e0 tous aujourd\u2019hui\u2026<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>La difficult\u00e9 pour la plupart de nos entreprises de se pencher s\u00e9rieusement sur les technologies de recrutement mobile constitue-t-elle un handicap lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019attirer les meilleurs talents? Pr\u00e8s d\u2019un tiers (27%) des entreprises belges n\u2019en voient pas la valeur ajout\u00e9e. Seuls 28% de ces entreprises disposent d\u2019un site de recrutement optimis\u00e9 pour les mobiles alors que 60% des responsables interrog\u00e9s utilisent effectivement leur site dans leur strat\u00e9gie d\u2019acquisition de nouveaux talents. Les moyennes et grandes entreprises sont proportionnellement plus actives. Logiquement, parmi les petites entreprises (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 10 collaborateurs), 30% des organisations n\u2019ont actuellement pas de moyens d\u2019investir dans ce domaine et ne l\u2019envisagent donc pas. Globalement, on \u00e9value \u00e0 30% le nombre d\u2019entreprises de toutes tailles qui analysent les possibilit\u00e9s en la mati\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Un r\u00f4le sp\u00e9cifique ?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Principal atout des technologies mobiles appliqu\u00e9es au recrutement, selon 39% des entreprises belges (et particuli\u00e8rement aupr\u00e8s des grandes entreprises): l\u2019attraction des profils jeunes. Ensuite, 37% des entreprises consid\u00e8rent qu\u2019elles permettent de se positionner comme une entreprise moderne. 36% enfin pensent que le recrutement mobile leur permet d\u2019atteindre une population de demandeurs d\u2019emploi plus large.<br \/>\nL\u2019enqu\u00eate tend \u00e0 d\u00e9montrer que peu d\u2019employeurs belges sont v\u00e9ritablement pr\u00e9par\u00e9s \u00e0 g\u00e9rer l\u2019importance croissante de la technologie mobile. Or, cette \u2018posture d\u00e9fensive\u2019 est de nature \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un foss\u00e9 entre les habitudes des candidats et celles des employeurs. Il appara\u00eet en effet que, quel que soit la tranche d\u2019\u00e2ge concern\u00e9e, les meilleurs talents ont recours \u00e0 leurs smartphones et tablettes pour surfer sur les sites d\u2019offres d\u2019emploi. Ils placent la facilit\u00e9 d\u2019utilisation en vue de postuler en ligne comme un crit\u00e8re essentiel dans leur choix.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Les raisons du d\u00e9calage<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019enqu\u00eate indique \u00e9galement qu\u2019un tiers des recruteurs seulement (en Belgique) interrogent les candidats quant au m\u00e9dia via lequel ils ont pris connaissance de l\u2019offre d\u2019emploi. Les d\u00e9partements RH restent en retrait des \u00e9quipes Marketing et Ventes lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019utiliser les nouvelles technologies. Il ressort des r\u00e9sultats que 20% des entreprises ne tiennent absolument aucun compte de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 relative des supports et m\u00e9dia qu\u2019ils utilisent en mati\u00e8re de recrutement. Et, parmi les entreprises qui investissent dans les outils et plateformes mobiles, 40% enregistrent encore cette information de mani\u00e8re manuelle.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Perspectives: le cas UberDrive<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 ces constats, les perspectives de progr\u00e8s sont tangibles. Les exemples de recours \u00e0 la technologie mobile dans le secteur du recrutement sont de plus en plus nombreux. Bien que controvers\u00e9e, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Uber, par exemple, en fournit une belle illustration. En lan\u00e7ant le jeu UberDRIVE, l\u2019entreprise donne aux \u2018candidats\u2019 la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019exp\u00e9rimenter quelle est la vie quotidienne d\u2019un chauffeur Uber. Bien que l\u2019application devait \u00e0 l\u2019origine permettre aux chauffeurs pr\u00e9sents dans une m\u00eame ville de mieux se conna\u00eetre, celle-ci est d\u00e9sormais utilis\u00e9e pour recruter de nouveaux collaborateurs. Les joueurs les plus \u2018performants\u2019 re\u00e7oivent en effet un message visant \u00e0 sonder leur int\u00e9r\u00eat en vue de rejoindre les rangs des chauffeurs Uber.
