Le dispositif d’alerte instaur\u00e9 par les autorit\u00e9s impose \u00e0 tous une vigilance extr\u00eame, surtout en R\u00e9gion bruxelloise.\u00a0L’Onem a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de reconna\u00eetre le ch\u00f4mage pour raison de force majeure pour les entreprises qui doivent fermer, ou qui choisissent de fermer pour des raisons de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Ce ch\u00f4mage temporaire est \u00e9galement possible lorsque, pour certains salari\u00e9s, l’ex\u00e9cution du contrat de travail est rendue impossible.<\/p>\n

Concr\u00e8tement, l’employeur doit communiquer au bureau de l’Onem dont il d\u00e9pend, par \u00e9crit ou par voie \u00e9lectronique, une description de la situation, l’identit\u00e9 des travailleurs concern\u00e9s et la dur\u00e9e du ch\u00f4mage pr\u00e9vue.<\/p>\n

Parmi les organisations repr\u00e9sentatives, l’UCM se r\u00e9jouit de cette d\u00e9cision: \u00ab\u00a0la situation in\u00e9dite \u00e0 laquelle le pays est confront\u00e9 doit susciter l’unit\u00e9 et la fermet\u00e9. La priorit\u00e9 est de faire confiance aux autorit\u00e9s et de ne pas c\u00e9der \u00e0 la panique.\u00a0Cela dit, le niveau d’alerte \u00e9lev\u00e9 a des cons\u00e9quences \u00e9conomiques importantes, m\u00eame si elles sont actuellement impossibles \u00e0 estimer.
