C&rsquo;est le verre \u00e0 &lsquo;moiti\u00e9 vide&rsquo;&#8230; Globalement, reconnaissons que la majorit\u00e9 des dirigeants int\u00e8grent d\u00e9sormais la diversit\u00e9 des implantations (en ce compris, le travail \u00e0 domicile) dans l&rsquo;organisation des \u00e9quipes.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Le choix du lieu de travail est devenu un \u00e9l\u00e9ment important de la relation employeur\/employ\u00e9. L&rsquo;\u00e9tude rel\u00e8ve en effet: <em>\u00ab\u00a0Selon deux tiers des employ\u00e9s de bureau de Belgique, (66% contre 72% au niveau mondial), la direction de leur entreprise soutient la formule du travail flexible.\u00a0En Belgique, la direction des entreprises accueille de plus en plus favorablement le fait de voir son personnel travailler depuis un autre endroit que le bureau. Pour la grande majorit\u00e9 (80% chez nous pour 87% au niveau international), c&rsquo;est le travail r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par ses collaborateurs qui importe et non le temps pass\u00e9 au bureau.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Quels sont les derniers\u00a0obstacles \u00e0 franchir? <em>\u00ab\u00a0Selon 71% des personnes interrog\u00e9es lors de l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate, la flexibilit\u00e9 du travail requiert une formation sp\u00e9cifique pour les managers. Et l\u00e0, une bonne communication est essentielle: trois quarts des personnes interrog\u00e9es (82% au plan international) indiquent que les managers doivent avoir plusieurs contacts par semaine avec leurs &lsquo;t\u00e9l\u00e9travailleurs&rsquo;. En outre, selon 85% des r\u00e9pondants (pourcentage identique \u00e0 l&rsquo;international), ils souhaitent au moins une rencontre en face \u00e0 face par mois.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Parmi les autres r\u00e9sultats marquants de l\u2019enqu\u00eate, relevons que <em>\u00ab\u00a059% (72% au plan mondial) consid\u00e8rent que les collaborateurs qui travaillent hors du bureau doivent accepter des solutions informatiques qui contr\u00f4lent leurs activit\u00e9s. Par ailleurs, 60% (73% au plan mondial) sont d&rsquo;avis que des syst\u00e8mes informatiques doivent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour contr\u00f4ler la productivit\u00e9 des collaborateurs.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;analyse des r\u00e9sultats recueillis permet en outre de rappeler <em>\u00ab\u00a0qu&rsquo;un espace de travail bien \u00e9quip\u00e9 \u00e0 la maison \u2013 ou \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 \u2013 ne favorise pas seulement la productivit\u00e9 des collaborateurs, c&rsquo;est aussi un moyen efficace de conserver ou d&rsquo;attirer les meilleurs talents vers l&rsquo;entreprise, selon 70% des r\u00e9pondants (68% au plan mondial).\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>M\u00e9thodologie : Plus de 44.000 professionnels de plus de 100 pays ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s en ligne en janvier 2015 via un organisme ind\u00e9pendant.
