Premi\u00e8re vue d&rsquo;ensemble: la question du genre \/ la promotion des femmes aux fonctions manag\u00e9riales restent probl\u00e9matiques et certaines situations demeurent pr\u00e9occupantes sur le plan de l&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 physique et mentale des travailleurs.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Parmi les principaux enseignements du rapport d\u00e9taill\u00e9 d&rsquo;Eurofound, relevons un r\u00e9sultat moyen satisfaisant quant \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation du temps de travail (58% des employ\u00e9s sont satisfaits), le soutien accord\u00e9 par le management (58% \u00e9galement) et par les coll\u00e8gues (71%). La s\u00e9gr\u00e9gation entre genres reste toutefois un probl\u00e8me r\u00e9el \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle du march\u00e9 du travail europ\u00e9en. Les jeunes travailleurs font part d&rsquo;une charge de travail plus intense et d&rsquo;un plan grand sentiment d&rsquo;ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 vis-\u00e0-vis de leur job tandis que les seniors mentionnent un acc\u00e8s difficile \u00e0 la formation.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9alit\u00e9 europ\u00e9enne est diverse et rappelle la difficult\u00e9 de concevoir une politique globale coh\u00e9rente permettant \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie de l&rsquo;Union de pr\u00e9senter un profil comp\u00e9titif dans un environnement \u00e9conomique qui fait la part belle \u00e0 la globalisation et au digital.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 cette disparit\u00e9, le rapport d&rsquo;Eurofound souligne la diminution globale du temps de travail et la mont\u00e9e en puissance du temps partiel. Sur cette question \u00e9galement, on constate une diff\u00e9rence significative entre les genres : les hommes travaillent en moyenne 39 heures par semaine, pour 33 heures pour les femmes (si on prend en compte l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 principale r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9e). Lorsque l&rsquo;on consid\u00e8re l&rsquo;ensemble des heures de travail (r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9es et non r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9es), le volume d&rsquo;heures de travail des femmes est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui des hommes. Toujours sur le volet des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s entre les genres, la proportion des travailleurs \u00e9voluant sous les ordres d&rsquo;un manager \/ responsable f\u00e9minin est pass\u00e9 de 24% en 2000 \u00e0 33% en 2015.<\/p>\n<p>23% des travailleurs indiquent que leur sant\u00e9 physique est impact\u00e9e n\u00e9gativement par leur travail. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une am\u00e9lioration par rapport \u00e0 la situation en 2000 (31%) mais le ratio reste important. Plus pr\u00e9occupant encore: un travailleur sur six mentionne avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 victime de comportements inad\u00e9quats sur le lieu de travail (violence, harc\u00e8lement moral ou sexuel). Inqui\u00e9tant&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><em>Le &lsquo;European Working Conditions Survey (EWCS)&rsquo; est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 depuis 1991. Cette sixi\u00e8me \u00e9dition a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e dans 35 pays au cours de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2015.
