Nombre d\u2019entre eux expliquent qu\u2019ils n\u2019introduisent tout simplement pas certaines de leurs d\u00e9penses parce qu\u2019ils trouvent le processus de d\u00e9claration trop complexe. Dans les neuf pays \u00e9tudi\u00e9s, ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne rapporte pas moins de 14 milliards d\u2019euros par an aux entreprises. En Belgique, cela repr\u00e9sente un montant annuel de 200 millions d\u2019euros.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>20 % des sond\u00e9s belges qui font r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des d\u00e9clarations expliquent ne pas toujours introduire leurs notes de frais. Les salari\u00e9s belges perdent ainsi 226 euros par personne et par an en moyenne, contre 212 euros dans le reste du monde. Les salari\u00e9s am\u00e9ricains font le plus beau cadeau \u00e0 leurs employeurs avec 347 euros par an, ce qui repr\u00e9sente pas moins de 8,7 milliards d\u2019euros pour tous les \u00c9tats-Unis, soit pr\u00e8s de 2 % du d\u00e9ficit public du pays.<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne les autres pays, les chiffres sont les suivants : en Allemagne, 12 % des salari\u00e9s n\u2019introduisent pas toutes leurs notes de frais, ce qui repr\u00e9sente 292 euros par personne et par an, soit 1,3 milliard d\u2019euros au total. En France, c\u2019est plus d\u2019un demi-milliard, contre 1,3 milliard d\u2019euros en Grande-Bretagne, 500 millions aux Pays-Bas et 173 milliards en Su\u00e8de. Au Canada, un milliard en notes de frais ne sont jamais r\u00e9clam\u00e9s par les salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Les salari\u00e9s donnent les raisons suivantes pour ne pas toujours introduire leurs notes de frais :<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Le montant est peu \u00e9lev\u00e9;<br \/>\n\u2022 Ils ont oubli\u00e9 de demander un re\u00e7u;<br \/>\n\u2022 Ils ont perdu le re\u00e7u;<br \/>\n\u2022 Ils ont oubli\u00e9 de d\u00e9clarer la note;<br \/>\n\u2022 Ils trouvent que le processus de d\u00e9claration est frustrant et fastidieux.<\/p>\n<p>Pas moins de 25 % des sond\u00e9s donnent cette derni\u00e8re raison. Le m\u00eame pourcentage de sond\u00e9s d\u00e9clare devoir attendre plus d\u2019un mois pour que les notes de frais soient rembours\u00e9es. En Belgique, 41 % des salari\u00e9s disent \u00eatre m\u00e9contents du processus de d\u00e9claration de leur employeur. Dans certains pays, ce m\u00e9contentement est si fort que les salari\u00e9s ont l\u2019impression de manquer d\u2019argent. C\u2019est le cas pour 37 % des Am\u00e9ricains, 24 % des Fran\u00e7ais, 23 % des Espagnols et des Anglais et 20 % des Canadiens.<\/p>\n<p>Les salari\u00e9s belges ont en outre le sentiment que leur employeur profite financi\u00e8rement de la situation. 20 % pensent ainsi que leur employeur tire un avantage financier du processus de d\u00e9claration \u2013 contre 42 % aux \u00c9tats-Unis. La Belgique est assez bien plac\u00e9e en la mati\u00e8re, puisque l\u2019Espagne (29 %), la Su\u00e8de (26 %), la Grande-Bretagne (25 %), la France (23 %) et le Canada (21 %) font moins bien. Seuls les Pays-Bas (11 %) et l\u2019Allemagne (10 %) font mieux. De tous les sond\u00e9s qui partagent cet avis, 35 % pensent que \u00e7a a un impact n\u00e9gatif sur leur relation avec leur entreprise.<\/p>\n<p><em>M\u00e9thodologie : en ao\u00fbt 2015, un bureau de recherche ind\u00e9pendant a interrog\u00e9 des cadres sup\u00e9rieurs et moyens, travaillant aussi bien \u00e0 temps plein qu\u2019\u00e0 temps partiel aux \u00c9tats-Unis, au Canada, en Grande-Bretagne, en Espagne, en France, aux Pays-Bas, en Allemagne, en Belgique et en Su\u00e8de.
