Sur l\u2019ensemble des trois premiers trimestres de 2015, la croissance cumul\u00e9e est de +13%.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>L&rsquo;analyse de Federgon confirme la reprise observ\u00e9e sur le march\u00e9:\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0Le secteur profite donc pleinement de la reprise des embauches qui se manifeste depuis d\u00e9j\u00e0 quelque temps dans les secteurs sensibles aux fluctuations de la conjoncture. Cette croissance indique que les entreprises ont \u00e0 nouveau besoin d\u2019engager des cadres et des profils de haut niveau et qu\u2019elles font appel dans ce cadre \u00e0 des partenaires sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s pour g\u00e9rer l\u2019ensemble du processus de recrutement, de la s\u00e9lection jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019engagement\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Le Nord du pays en pointe<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>La f\u00e9d\u00e9ration des professionnels RH pr\u00e9cise encore: <em>\u00ab\u00a0Au cours du trimestre \u00e9coul\u00e9, ces sp\u00e9cialistes ont recrut\u00e9 2.394 personnes pour pourvoir un emploi fixe chez leurs clients, et sur l\u2019ensemble des trois premiers trimestres de 2015, on atteint un total de 7.011 personnes. Une majorit\u00e9 de ces personnes ont trouv\u00e9 un emploi en Flandre (56%), 25% ont \u00e9t\u00e9 engag\u00e9es \u00e0 Bruxelles et 18% en Wallonie. Enfin, 1% d\u2019entre elles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 recrut\u00e9es pour un poste \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger. Les cabinets de recrutement et de s\u00e9lection trouvent essentiellement les candidats par le biais du Direct Search &amp; File Search (41%) et des annonces (35%). A c\u00f4t\u00e9 de cela, ils font \u00e9galement appel aux r\u00e9seaux sociaux (7%), et \u00e0 l\u2019Executive Search (8%) pour les profils sup\u00e9rieurs.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>A noter cependant, les statistiques ne mentionnent que les proc\u00e9dures de recrutement qui ont transit\u00e9 via les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de recrutement et de conseil RH membres de la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration.
