Le groupe Baxter s\u2019est lanc\u00e9 dans l\u2019op\u00e9ration pour se consacrer d\u2019une part aux produits m\u00e9dicaux sous sa marque d\u2019origine et donner naissance \u00e0 Baxalta qui g\u00e8re les activit\u00e9s dans le secteur des Biosciences. L\u2019usine de Lessines inaugur\u00e9e en 1970 et comptant aujourd\u2019hui 2.000 membres du personnel est directement concern\u00e9e par cette d\u00e9cision qui marque une \u00e9tape cl\u00e9 dans l\u2019histoire du groupe. Quel est donc le r\u00f4le d\u00e9volu \u00e0 son organisation RH afin de r\u00e9ussir cette transition en 12 mois \u00e0 peine ?<\/p>\n<h3>People Company<\/h3>\n<p><strong>IKEA<\/strong><br \/>\nQuand le Groupe IKEA s\u2019appr\u00eate \u00e0 ouvrir un nouveau magasin, l\u2019information ne passe jamais inaper\u00e7ue. Alors que deux nouvelles adresses verront le jour prochainement en Belgique (Hasselt et Mons), le challenge en termes de recrutement, notamment, repr\u00e9sente un enjeu de taille.<br \/>\nA titre d\u2019exemple, alors que 350 postes \u00e9taient \u00e0 pourvoir pour le nouveau magasin qui ouvrira d\u00e9but 21 \u00e0 Mons, le groupe a enregistr\u00e9 pas moins de 18000 candidatures!
