Que les r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations des travailleurs belges n&rsquo;\u00e9voluent pas au m\u00eame rythme que celles de leurs voisins europ\u00e9ens n&rsquo;est donc pas une surprise. Cependant, malgr\u00e9 le cadre prescrit par les d\u00e9cisions gouvernementales, la hausse salariale reste r\u00e9elle. Reste \u00e0 \u00e9valuer quel est donc le diff\u00e9rentiel par rapport aux autres pays et comment les augmentations de salaires sont r\u00e9parties dans nos organisations?<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>De quoi s&rsquo;agit-il ? Le Global Salary Forecast 2016, men\u00e9 par\u00a0Korn Ferry Hay Group,\u00a0examine chaque ann\u00e9e les attentes salariales. L\u2019\u00e9tude utilise des informations de la base de donn\u00e9es PayNet de plus de 16 millions de travailleurs r\u00e9partis sur 24 000 organisations dans 110 pays. Elle r\u00e9v\u00e8le les augmentations salariales escompt\u00e9es pour 2016, telles que pr\u00e9vues par les d\u00e9partements des RH dans le monde entier, et les compare aux pr\u00e9visions ant\u00e9rieures, comme effectu\u00e9 l\u2019ann\u00e9e pass\u00e9e concernant 2015. Les pr\u00e9visions relatives \u00e0 l\u2019inflation pour 2016 de l\u2019Economist Intelligence Unit entrent \u00e9galement en consid\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>La Belgique reste aussi \u00e0 la tra\u00eene en 2016 en mati\u00e8re de hausse salariale<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>En Belgique, les travailleurs peuvent compter sur une hausse salariale moyenne d\u20191,7 % en 2016. Avec ce chiffre attendu, le pays poursuit la tendance de la mod\u00e9ration salariale et enregistre un r\u00e9sultat inf\u00e9rieur aux pays voisins. Pour l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019Europe, l\u2019augmentation salariale moyenne s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 2,8 %, selon l\u2019enqu\u00eate.<\/p>\n<p>Ce taux de croissance d\u20191,7 % indique la poursuite de la tendance de mod\u00e9ration salariale en 2016. En raison de la politique gouvernementale, fond\u00e9e sur l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 internationale par mod\u00e9ration salariale au moyen du saut d\u2019index, les salaires ne sont pas index\u00e9s automatiquement. De ce fait, une hausse salariale collective automatique est \u00e9galement exclue pour 2016.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Perspective positive pour l\u2019Europe<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nA l&rsquo;\u00e9chelon europ\u00e9en, la relance \u00e9conomique prudente se traduit par une hausse salariale moyenne attendue de 2,8 % en 2016 pour l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019Europe. Nos pays voisins enregistrent des chiffres comparables : Allemagne (2,9 %), Royaume-Uni et Pays-Bas (2,5 %) et France (1,9 %). En Europe de l\u2019Est, les augmentations salariales sont en moyenne 0,9 % sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 celles de l\u2019Europe de l\u2019Ouest.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Hausse salariale mondiale<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n\u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle plan\u00e9taire, les pr\u00e9visions pour 2016 \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 2,5 %. Il s\u2019agit de la hausse la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e de ces trois derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Malgr\u00e9 le recul \u00e9conomique en Chine, l\u2019Asie compte parmi les bons \u00e9l\u00e8ves avec un taux de croissance moyen de 6,4 %. Cette augmentation est provoqu\u00e9e par une demande accrue en personnel hautement form\u00e9 et l\u2019apparition de la classe moyenne sur les march\u00e9s \u00e9mergents. Le march\u00e9 du travail attrayant de l\u2019Am\u00e9rique du Nord affiche une augmentation salariale moyenne de 2,8 %.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e par Korn Ferry Hay Group rappelle cependant que les augmentations salariales s\u2019attribuent de plus en plus sur la base des prestations individuelles et des comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cifiques et remarque donc que\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0\u00e0 la suite de l\u2019absence actuelle de budget pour octroyer une augmentation \u00e0 tout le monde, le budget restreint est consacr\u00e9 aux travailleurs les plus performants\u00a0\u00bb.\u00a0<\/em>Une r\u00e9tribution diff\u00e9renci\u00e9e et s\u00e9lective constitue un moyen de r\u00e9compenser les principaux collaborateurs, malgr\u00e9 des possibilit\u00e9s financi\u00e8res limit\u00e9es.
