Le <em>&lsquo;Work Trends Study&rsquo;<\/em> publi\u00e9 par le groupe Adecco et bas\u00e9 sur une analyse \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle mondiale vise \u00e0 identifier les tendances r\u00e9centes en mati\u00e8re de recrutement social et de r\u00e9putation. A relever: un \u00e9cart important entre les pratiques des candidats et celles de nos entreprises. Un foss\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il faudra veiller \u00e0 combler rapidement.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Comme le souligne le rapport : <em>\u00ab\u00a0la recherche d\u2019un travail se fait de plus en plus \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un appareil mobile. En Belgique, les r\u00e9seaux sociaux les plus populaires sont Facebook et LinkedIn.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> En ce qui concerne les r\u00e9seaux li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation professionnelle, LinkedIn l\u2019emporte haut la main. Aussi bien pour les recruteurs (61%) que pour les demandeurs d\u2019emploi (34%), LinkedIn reste la plateforme la plus populaire. Facebook est en t\u00eate pour ce qui est des autres activit\u00e9s sociales. Remarque : plus le demandeur d\u2019emploi utilise diff\u00e9rents r\u00e9seaux sociaux, plus il a de chances d\u2019\u00eatre contact\u00e9 par un recruteur. Lorsque le demandeur d\u2019emploi est actif sur un r\u00e9seau social, la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre contact\u00e9 est de 16%. Le pourcentage monte \u00e0 46%, lorsque le candidat utilise les cinq plus grands r\u00e9seaux sociaux mondiaux.\u00a0Facebook est un canal parfait pour le marketing des personnes et le management de r\u00e9putation, tandis que LinkedIn est le canal ad\u00e9quat pour toutes les actions li\u00e9es au travail, comme rechercher un emploi, garder le contact avec des (ex-)coll\u00e8gues, etc.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Il y a cependant de quoi s&rsquo;interroger si l&rsquo;on se penche sur les diff\u00e9rences notoires d&rsquo;utilisation des r\u00e9seaux sociaux aupr\u00e8s des recruteurs ou des candidats: <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les recruteurs optent pour les canaux traditionnels (sites d\u2019entreprise, sites d\u2019offres d\u2019emploi\u2026) plut\u00f4t que pour les r\u00e9seaux sociaux comme outils de recrutement et de s\u00e9lection. Pour les demandeurs d\u2019emploi, c\u2019est l\u2019inverse. Ils pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent les r\u00e9seaux et n\u2019accordent que tr\u00e8s peu d\u2019importance aux canaux d\u2019offres d\u2019emploi traditionnels.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> En Belgique, la proportion est diff\u00e9rente. 36% des recruteurs utilisent LinkedIn (aussi bien sur le plan personnel que sur le plan professionnel). Pour les demandeurs d\u2019emploi en revanche, la proportion n\u2019est que de 13%.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne les outils \/ le &lsquo;hardware&rsquo; proprpement dit, l\u2019\u00e9tude r\u00e9v\u00e8le que <em>\u00ab\u00a0les demandeurs d\u2019emploi sont plus enclins \u00e0 utiliser le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone portable ou la tablette que les recruteurs. 65% des demandeurs utilisent un appareil mobile pour leurs recherches d\u2019emploi en ligne. 41% des recruteurs utilisent un smartphone ou une tablette pour rechercher un candidat ad\u00e9quat. Nous remarquons le m\u00eame ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne pour les recruteurs belges : 9% \u00e0 peine utilisent souvent un smartphone pour examiner une candidature ou contacter les candidats ad\u00e9quats. Les demandeurs d\u2019emploi utilisent plus souvent leur t\u00e9l\u00e9phone : 20 pour cent cherchent un emploi \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un appareil mobile.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9carts sont significatifs. De quoi expliquer les difficult\u00e9s r\u00e9currentes \u00e9prouv\u00e9es par nos entreprises en vue de trouver les profils ad\u00e9quats? Sans doute pas&#8230; Ou partiellement seulement. Ceci \u00e9tant, il devient essentiel que nos organisations int\u00e8grent l&rsquo;usage du mobile dans leur pratique RH et qu&rsquo;elles privil\u00e9gient les outils \u00e0 terme les outils que se sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 appropri\u00e9s leurs futurs collaborateurs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La r\u00e9volution num\u00e9rique se poursuit.
