Faux apparemment ! D\u00e8s \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, l&rsquo;organisation Touring Mobilis rel\u00e8ve que les files structurelles ne cessent d&rsquo;augmenter. Ce ne sont pas seulement les incidents ni les circonstances m\u00e9t\u00e9o qui sont en cause. Malgr\u00e9 les multiples initiatives en mati\u00e8re de mobilit\u00e9, le trafic s&rsquo;intensifie inexorablement.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Selon Touring Mobilis, <em>\u00ab\u00a0des files atteignant une longueur cumul\u00e9e de 100 km ou plus ont \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9es sur l&rsquo;ensemble du r\u00e9seau autoroutier belge durant plus de 1200 heures en 2015, A sept reprises et durant pr\u00e8s de six heures au total, la longueur cumul\u00e9e des embouteillages a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 les 400 km l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0La palme revient au samedi 24 janvier, lors duquel la plus importante accumulation de ralentissements a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9e sur les autoroutes du pays: 716 km, dus \u00e0 la neige et au verglas. Les 4 plus longues files de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e sont d&rsquo;ailleurs dues aux conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques.\u00a0Les autres pics de trafic ont lieu g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement le matin aux heures de pointe, \u00e0 la suite d&rsquo;accidents, de mauvais temps ou de gr\u00e8ve des trains. Ce qui est plus inqui\u00e9tant, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;augmentation du nombre d&#8217;embouteillages structurels qui se produisent sans incident.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Toujours pas d&rsquo;alternative &lsquo;cr\u00e9dible&rsquo; ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les six derniers mois, nous avons pass\u00e9 607 heures (25,5 jours complets) dans des files. Pour de nombreux automobilistes, les embouteillages sont devenus une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 quotidienne. Les alternatives telles que les transports publics n&rsquo;ont pas suivi la croissance de la population et la demande pour une meilleure mobilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Autre nouveaut\u00e9 relev\u00e9e (qui nous semble promettre l&rsquo;enfer d\u00e8s ce mois de janvier, en tout cas aux alentours de Bruxelles et en Wallonie: l&rsquo;apparition de trois jours de gr\u00e8ve sur le rail parmi le \u00ab\u00a0Top 15\u00a0\u00bb des plus longues files de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Alors que nous constations auparavant une heure de pointe matinale beaucoup plus calme lors des gr\u00e8ves sur le rail, ce n&rsquo;est aujourd&rsquo;hui plus le cas. Peut-\u00eatre que les gens en ont marre de prendre \u00e0 chaque fois un jour de cong\u00e9, et qu&rsquo;ils d\u00e9cident d\u00e9sormais de faire le trajet vers le travail en voiture\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Parmi les mesures rapides susceptibles de r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me, Touring Mobilis reprend <em>\u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;investissement dans les transports en commun soutenue par une logique de multimodalit\u00e9, la promotion du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et des budgets mobilit\u00e9 au sein de nos entreprises et l&rsquo;\u00e9limination des goulots d&rsquo;\u00e9tranglement<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb identifi\u00e9s pourtant depuis des lustres&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Nous nous pencherons sur un premier bilan au terme de ces deux premiers jours de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e de conflit social au sein de la SNCB. Compte tenu de l&rsquo;impact des tracas de mobilit\u00e9 sur la productivit\u00e9 mais aussi voire surtout sur le bien-\u00eatre des travailleurs, il faut s&rsquo;interroger quant \u00e0 l&rsquo;absence de r\u00e9action concr\u00e8te.<\/p>\n<p><em>Source : Touring Mobilis &#8211; Belga<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Note : l&rsquo;organisation se base sur des mesures issues de 750 000 v\u00e9hicules qui transmettent leur position sur les routes toutes les minutes.
