Tous peuvent en effet constater les effets positifs des politiques mises en place par les services publics. Le chemin est encore long, c&rsquo;est vrai&#8230; mais les efforts sont r\u00e9compens\u00e9s. Actiris dresse le bilan \u00e0 fin d\u00e9cembre 2015 de l&#8217;emploi bruxellois.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Fin d\u00e9cembre 2015, le taux de ch\u00f4mage en R\u00e9gion bruxelloise s\u2019\u00e9tablit \u00e0 18,3% (18,1% pour les hommes et 18,6% pour les femmes). En d\u00e9cembre 2014, le taux de ch\u00f4mage s\u2019\u00e9tablissait \u00e0 20,3%.<br \/>\nPour rappel, le taux de ch\u00f4mage est mesur\u00e9 sur la base des derni\u00e8res donn\u00e9es disponibles relatives \u00e0 la population active qui tiennent compte des \u00e9volutions r\u00e9centes de l\u2019emploi bruxellois. La population active est calcul\u00e9e \u00e0 partir des donn\u00e9es actualis\u00e9es de la Banque nationale et de l\u2019Enqu\u00eate sur les Forces de Travail du SPF \u00c9conomie. Sur la base des donn\u00e9es de l\u2019Enqu\u00eate sur les Forces de travail, on constate que la population active occup\u00e9e a, en R\u00e9gion bruxelloise, augment\u00e9 en 2014 de 4,2% par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente (+0,3% pour l\u2019ensemble de la Belgique).<\/p>\n<p>On d\u00e9nombre en R\u00e9gion de Bruxelles-Capitale 100.718 chercheurs d\u2019emploi inoccup\u00e9s (DEI), soit une diminution de 7.199 personnes par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente (-6,7%).\u00a0On compte au cours du mois de d\u00e9cembre 10.826 entr\u00e9es dans le ch\u00f4mage (9.100 r\u00e9inscriptions et 1.726 nouvelles inscriptions) contre 10.882 sorties, soit une diminution sur une base mensuelle du nombre de DEI de 56 personnes (-0,1%).<\/p>\n<p>On d\u00e9nombre en R\u00e9gion bruxelloise 67.611 chercheurs d\u2019emploi demandeurs d\u2019allocations (DEDA), 6.096 jeunes en stage d&rsquo;insertion professionnelle et 27.011 autres chercheurs d\u2019emploi inscrits librement ou obligatoirement.<br \/>\nOn constate une diminution de -11,2% sur base annuelle du nombre de chercheurs d\u2019emploi indemnis\u00e9s (DEDA). On constate aussi une diminution annuelle du nombre de jeunes en stage d\u2019insertion professionnelle (-253 unit\u00e9s, -4,0%). Quant aux autres chercheurs d\u2019emploi, leur nombre a augment\u00e9 par contre de +6,3% sur base annuelle. Cet accroissement s\u2019explique par l\u2019augmentation du nombre de personnes exclues du droit aux allocations de ch\u00f4mage (notamment en lien avec la limitation \u00e0 3 ans des allocations d\u2019insertion) mais aussi par des conditions de plus en plus restrictives pour obtenir des allocations d\u2019insertion. En effet, une partie des ch\u00f4meurs exclus s\u2019inscrivent aupr\u00e8s d\u2019Actiris pour pouvoir b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier du revenu d\u2019int\u00e9gration aupr\u00e8s des CPAS.<\/p>\n<p>Sur base mensuelle, on rel\u00e8ve une diminution du nombre de jeunes chercheurs d\u2019emploi de 424 unit\u00e9s (-3,5%). Sur base annuelle, on observe aussi une diminution du ch\u00f4mage des jeunes (-1.244 DEI, soit -9,7%) par rapport au mois de d\u00e9cembre 2014. Le taux de ch\u00f4mage des jeunes est pass\u00e9 ainsi sur un an de 28,2% en d\u00e9cembre 2014 \u00e0 26,8% en d\u00e9cembre 2015, affichant donc une baisse de 1,4 points par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e pass\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours du mois de d\u00e9cembre 2015, Actiris a re\u00e7u un total de 11.288 offres d\u2019emploi. Il s\u2019agit du nombre global d\u2019offres re\u00e7ues, comprenant outre les OE re\u00e7ues directement par Actiris, les OE re\u00e7ues par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire du Forem et du VDAB dans le cadre de la mobilit\u00e9 interr\u00e9gionale des chercheurs d\u2019emploi mais \u00e9galement les OE re\u00e7ues par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire de sites partenaires.<\/p>\n<p>Durant le mois de d\u00e9cembre 2015, Actiris a re\u00e7u directement 2.240 offres d\u2019emploi. Ceci correspond \u00e0 une augmentation de 594 unit\u00e9s par rapport aux offres d\u2019emploi re\u00e7ues l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente au cours du m\u00eame mois. On comptabilise par ailleurs 1.784 offres d\u2019emploi satisfaites au cours de ce mois, ce qui correspond \u00e0 un niveau similaire par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Enfin, en d\u00e9cembre 2015, Actiris a trait\u00e9 922 offres \u00ab select Actiris \u00bb (c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire confi\u00e9es en pr\u00e9s\u00e9lection et pr\u00e9recrutement gratuits \u00e0 Actiris).
