Cependant, cette hausse globale de l&rsquo;engagement des travailleurs varie fortement selon la r\u00e9gion : de 57 % en Europe \u00e0 71 % en Am\u00e9rique latine.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>En 2015, Aon a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 l&rsquo;engagement des travailleurs dans l&rsquo;entreprise au niveau mondial. L&rsquo;\u00e9tude passe \u00e9galement en revue les principaux moteurs menant \u00e0\u00a0un plus grand niveau d&rsquo;engagement. Les 3 premiers sont les m\u00eames dans le monde entier : les opportunit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re, une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration \u00e9quitable et une bonne r\u00e9putation de l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Corr\u00e9lation entre engagement et contexte \u00e9conomique<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;interaction entre la croissance \u00e9conomique et l&rsquo;engagement conna\u00eet d&rsquo;importantes diff\u00e9rences r\u00e9gionales qui s&rsquo;expliquent par les diff\u00e9rences culturelles, les risques r\u00e9gionaux et les opportunit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques. L&rsquo;\u00e9tude pr\u00e9cise en effet que <em>\u00ab\u00a0les r\u00e9sultats plus faibles en Europe, qui stagnent depuis 3 ans d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 57 %, s&rsquo;expliquent par les perspectives de croissance limit\u00e9es. En effet, les entreprises des march\u00e9s qui font face \u00e0 des vents contraires disposent de moins de moyens pour investir dans le capital humain, ce qui d\u00e9motive les travailleurs. Lorsque le vent gonfle les voiles sur le plan \u00e9conomique, l&rsquo;\u00e9tude constate que l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e suivante, l&rsquo;engagement des travailleurs s\u2019accro\u00eet, ce qui a de nouveau une influence positive sur les r\u00e9sultats de l&rsquo;entreprise. En Am\u00e9rique du Nord, le r\u00e9sultat de 66 % a quasiment atteint le niveau d&rsquo;avant la r\u00e9cession.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, l&rsquo;\u00e9tude constate \u00e9galement qu&rsquo;une hyper croissance peut aussi d\u00e9courager les travailleurs. Les \u00e9conomies qui connaissent une croissance rapide en Asie de l&rsquo;Est ne permettent pas aux entreprises de suivre les opportunit\u00e9s et les exigences des clients, ce qui accro\u00eet la pression sur les travailleurs et entra\u00eene une diminution de l&rsquo;engagement.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Quels sont les leviers ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0La corr\u00e9lation positive entre l&rsquo;engagement et la valeur actionnariale implique que l&rsquo;engagement a gagn\u00e9 en importance au niveau de la direction. Mesurer l&rsquo;engagement est une chose, mais il s&rsquo;agit de conna\u00eetre les raisons qui m\u00e8nent \u00e0 cet engagement actif\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> d\u00e9clare Werner Keeris de AON.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude rel\u00e8ve trois moteurs principaux.<br \/>\n\u2022 Les opportunit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re sont toujours le principal stimulant de l&rsquo;engagement, dans le monde entier.\u00a0Cependant, les entreprises continuent de lutter globalement pour renforcer les opportunit\u00e9s d&rsquo;\u00e9volution en interne de leur personnel.<br \/>\n\u2022 Une r\u00e9putation irr\u00e9prochable de l&rsquo;entreprise est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme importante et elle repr\u00e9sente m\u00eame la principale motivation pour le Senior Management.<br \/>\n\u2022 Enfin, une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration \u00e9quitable reste un moteur tr\u00e8s important bien que moins de la moiti\u00e9 des travailleurs (46%) aient le sentiment d&rsquo;\u00eatre \u00e9quitablement r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s pour leurs prestations.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;Employee Value Proposition (EVP ou ce qu&rsquo;offre une fonction dans le sens du travail en lui-m\u00eame, de l&rsquo;environnement de travail ou des caract\u00e9ristiques et des valeurs de l&rsquo;organisation), ainsi que l&rsquo;innovation sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme pouvant faire l\u2019objet d\u2019une am\u00e9lioration.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Et au niveau belge ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les diff\u00e9rences culturelles jouent un r\u00f4le important dans l&rsquo;\u00e9cart d&rsquo;engagement et de motivation de nos travailleurs.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> reprend Werner Keeris. <em>\u00ab\u00a0La Belgique obtient des r\u00e9sultats \u00e9lev\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de productivit\u00e9 et de sens du travail, ce qui nous offre une base solide. Depuis longtemps, la stimulation de l&rsquo;engagement ne rel\u00e8ve plus du r\u00f4le exclusif du d\u00e9partement RH. L&rsquo;engagement des travailleurs doit \u00eatre le fait de l\u2019action conjointe de 4 acteurs importants au sein de l&rsquo;entreprise, \u00e0 savoir les RH, les People Managers, la direction senior de l&rsquo;entreprise et le travailleur lui-m\u00eame.
