L&rsquo;intention du fondateur Tony Hsieh consiste en effet \u00e0 promouvoir la collaboration et \u00e0 \u00e9liminer toute forme de hi\u00e9rarchie au sein de son entreprise. Dans ce cadre, les collaborateurs ne souhaitant pas entrer dans ce processus de changement se voient offrir un ch\u00e8que de sortie pour le moins g\u00e9n\u00e9reux. En quelques semaines, plus de 200 personnes ont quitt\u00e9 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9put\u00e9e pourtant pour la puissance de sa culture d&rsquo;entreprise et sa cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 sur le plan des avantages extra-l\u00e9gaux. Attention, dans le m\u00eame temps, bon nombre de collaborateurs affichaient leur enthousiasme \u00e0 l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de cette transformation vers plus d&rsquo;autonomie et de responsabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Il semble que les questions qui restaient en suspens g\u00e9n\u00e9rait pas mal de confusion aupr\u00e8s des travailleurs &#8211; quelle ligne de reporting? quels objectifs ? quel package de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration? &#8211; et la direction de Zappos devait bien reconna\u00eetre un malaise au sein des \u00e9quipes: \u00ab\u00a0Cela fait partie de notre courbe d&rsquo;apprentissage\u00a0\u00bb d\u00e9clarait-elle \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;entreprise est visiblement toujours en phase de transition puisqu&rsquo;un groupe de collaborateurs &#8211; 38% des effectifs charg\u00e9s notamment de la migration vers une infrastructure back-end d&rsquo;Amazon &#8211; \u00a0vient d&rsquo;opter pour le ch\u00e8que de sortie alors que sa mission est toujours en cours. M\u00eame si ceci ne constitue pas un danger pour la r\u00e9alisation des projets en cours au sein de Zappos, il appara\u00eet que le passage vers une structure holacratique ne soit d\u00e9finitivement pas un long fleuve tranquille&#8230;
