Nos\u00a0entreprises ont d\u00e8s lors tout int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 accueillir des talents \u00e9trangers. Les PME seraient bien inspir\u00e9es d&rsquo;y penser rapidement.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Le rapport \u00e9dit\u00e9 \u00e0 la publication des nouveaux index rappelle:<em> \u00ab\u00a0Durant la crise financi\u00e8re, quelque onze millions d\u2019emplois ont \u00e9t\u00e9 supprim\u00e9s dans le monde, ce qui repr\u00e9sente une perte d\u2019emploi pour un travailleur sur vingt. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la reprise de l\u2019\u00e9conomie, ce chiffre a pu \u00eatre ramen\u00e9 \u00e0 six millions. Cons\u00e9quence de la croissance du march\u00e9 du travail : de nombreux postes vacants ne peuvent \u00eatre pourvus en raison d\u2019une p\u00e9nurie de candidats adapt\u00e9s.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Avec un score g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de 3,7, la Belgique semble se trouver parmi les pays dont le march\u00e9 du travail subit une faible pression, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de Singapour (4,7), la Suisse (4,6), Hong Kong (4,5) et l\u2019Italie (4,0). Ce r\u00e9sultat doit cependant \u00eatre relativis\u00e9, car la Belgique reste confront\u00e9e \u00e0 une fuite des cerveaux et \u00e0 une demande toujours croissante de profils techniques et scientifiques qualifi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les talents \u00e9trangers\u00a0au secours de nos entreprises?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Selon le rapport, notre pays fait face \u00e0 une fuite des cerveaux persistante : les entreprises tourn\u00e9es vers l\u2019avenir quittent la Belgique, emmenant nos talents dans leur bagage. Qui plus est, notre pays ne fournit pas les profils n\u00e9cessaires pour pourvoir les nombreux postes scientifiques et techniques disponibles. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Le foss\u00e9 entre l\u2019offre et la demande ne sera malheureusement pas combl\u00e9 rapidement . La demande ne cesse en effet de cro\u00eetre et notre syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif ne produit pas les bons profils.<\/em>\u00a0Le talent qui se trouve parmi les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s est trop souvent sous-estim\u00e9. Nous invitons donc les entreprises bas\u00e9es en Belgique, dont les PME, \u00e0 engager des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la proc\u00e9dure d\u2019admission et d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0La proc\u00e9dure de reconnaissance d\u2019un dipl\u00f4me dure en moyenne huit mois. C\u2019est une perte de temps inutile. Nous devons faire en sorte que les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s aient acc\u00e8s au march\u00e9 du travail le plus rapidement possible. Nous devons les aider \u00e0 s\u2019int\u00e9grer via le travail et la valorisation de leurs comp\u00e9tences techniques. Cela ne peut qu\u2019\u00eatre b\u00e9n\u00e9fique \u00e0 notre \u00e9conomie.\u00a0Les travailleurs \u00e9trangers ne pourront pas r\u00e9soudre tous les probl\u00e8mes qui touchent notre march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi, mais si l\u2019on accepte de les embaucher, les professions en p\u00e9nurie peuvent devenir des m\u00e9tiers porteurs. Une grande partie des immigrants sont hautement qualifi\u00e9s, extr\u00eamement motiv\u00e9s et peuvent apporter une contribution pr\u00e9cieuse \u00e0 notre \u00e9conomie.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00c0 propos de l\u2019enqu\u00eate<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le Hays Global Skills Index 2015 a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tabli par Hays et Oxford Economics. Le rapport, intitul\u00e9 \u00ab Labour markets in a world of continuous change \u00bb, analyse le march\u00e9 du travail pour les professionnels dans 31 pays. Il mesure la pression sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi dans chaque pays sur une \u00e9chelle de z\u00e9ro \u00e0 dix. Sept indicateurs, parmi lesquels la flexibilit\u00e9, le syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif et la pression sur les salaires, \u00e9valuent la dynamique des diff\u00e9rents march\u00e9s \u00e9tudi\u00e9s. Un score global de 5 indique qu\u2019un pays subit une plus forte pression que d\u2019habitude et un score inf\u00e9rieur que la pression est moins \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Il peut y avoir de grandes diff\u00e9rences par indicateur, ce qui r\u00e9v\u00e8le une dynamique et des d\u00e9fis sp\u00e9cifiques.
