R\u00e9sum\u00e9.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0A l&rsquo;heure de la quatri\u00e8me r\u00e9volution industrielle, le travail ne cesse de se r\u00e9inventer ! Mais, paradoxalement, les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s de comp\u00e9tences continuent de s&rsquo;accro\u00eetre et jettent une ombre d&rsquo;incertitudes sur l&rsquo;avenir de nombreux m\u00e9tiers&#8230; Selon une \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par Infosys (*) dans 9 pays en novembre 2015, sur un panel de 1000 jeunes actifs \u00e2g\u00e9s de 16 ans \u00e0 25 ans, 4 sur 10 imaginent que leur emploi risque d&rsquo;\u00eatre remplac\u00e9 par un robot d&rsquo;ici 10 ans. Pour eux, la quatri\u00e8me r\u00e9volution industrielle n&rsquo;est pas seulement l&rsquo;\u00e8re de l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle, du big data et de l&rsquo;imprimante 3D, c&rsquo;est aussi celle de l&rsquo;incertitude.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>ManpowerGroup souligne le d\u00e9r\u00e8glement du march\u00e9 du travail par des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes \u00e0 la fois structurels et cycliques. Les mutations d\u00e9mographiques, la globalisation toujours plus rapide, les r\u00e9volutions technologiques ou les importantes incertitudes qui planent sur l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie internationale\u2026 Avec pour r\u00e9sultat, le paradoxe d&rsquo;un ch\u00f4mage \u00e9lev\u00e9 qui coexiste avec un nombre tr\u00e8s importants d&#8217;emplois non pourvus, une productivit\u00e9 qui augmente mais des salaires qui stagnent et une reprise \u00e9conomique avec un ascenseur social visiblement en panne pour la plupart des travailleurs. L\u2019offre et la demande de comp\u00e9tences semblent irr\u00e9conciliables.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un rapport publi\u00e9 ce 20 janvier et intitul\u00e9 Human Age 2.0 : Future Forces at Work [en anglais], le groupe appelle \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0<em>changer notre mani\u00e8re de concevoir le march\u00e9 du travail pour profiter des opportunit\u00e9s offertes par les disruptions technologiques et mettre fin \u00e0 la polarisation constante du march\u00e9 entre ceux qui ont acc\u00e8s au march\u00e9 du travail, et ceux qui en sont exclus. Alors que la quatri\u00e8me r\u00e9volution industrielle d\u00e9marre, il ne faut pas laisser le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi se diviser entre les salari\u00e9s qui disposent des comp\u00e9tences et ceux qui risquent d&rsquo;\u00eatre mis \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cart en raison de l&rsquo;automatisation et de l&rsquo;obsolescence de leurs comp\u00e9tences.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Jonas Prising, Pr\u00e9sident et CEO de ManpowerGroup, l\u2019explique : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Le temps est venu d&rsquo;oser une logique de rupture et de penser diff\u00e9remment le march\u00e9 du travail. Le Human Age 2.0, dont nous parlons, n&rsquo;est pas une bataille entre l&rsquo;humain et l&rsquo;automatisation des emplois. Au contraire, de nouveaux emplois font leur apparition, et beaucoup d&rsquo;individus auront bient\u00f4t la possibilit\u00e9 de choisir des carri\u00e8res plus \u00e9panouissantes&#8230; \u00e0 condition d&rsquo;avoir acc\u00e8s aux formations ad\u00e9quates.\u00a0Aujourd&rsquo;hui, nous voyons \u00e9merger deux cat\u00e9gories de travailleurs : d&rsquo;un c\u00f4t\u00e9, ceux qui ont la chance d&rsquo;avoir les comp\u00e9tences tr\u00e8s demand\u00e9es et rares sur le march\u00e9, pourront bient\u00f4t \u00eatre plus productifs gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 tous les nouveaux outils \u00e0 leur disposition &#8211; je pense notamment au secteur de l&rsquo;IT ou de l&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie \u2013 et esp\u00e9rer voir leur r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration augmenter. De l\u2019autre, des travailleurs moins form\u00e9s et dont les comp\u00e9tences sont susceptibles de devenir obsol\u00e8tes, risquent de voir leur r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration stagner et d\u00e9cliner tandis que leur travail se retrouvera de plus en plus simplifi\u00e9 et, peut-\u00eatre m\u00eame, automatis\u00e9. Au final, l&rsquo;avenir est synonyme d&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9s et de croissance, \u00e0 condition d&rsquo;investir dans la formation permanente et dans le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences du capital humain.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le discours de Klaus Schwab, fondateur du Forum \u00e9conomique mondial, fait \u00e9cho \u00e0 celui de Jonas Prising, quand il dit que, <em>\u00ab\u00a0dans le futur, le talent sera, plus que le capital, le facteur d\u00e9cisif de la productivit\u00e9.
